Insurance coverage can sometimes be confusing so it's good to know you can call and get the answers you need. My personal business with her agency has all been handled remotely but they've got a physical location in Encinitas near a bunch of other solid businesses (Peet's, Los Tacos, the Habit, Luna Grill, and nearby Trader Joe's) so pick up a new insurance policy and come hungry.

If I had had any need for this policy during the last year, it could have been contested by the insurance company. Given, I didn't catch the error earlier. The policy was over $1000 per year and would cost $317 more for the correct date of build. Because of this error I asked for half my premium back because he had put me in potential jeopardy monetarily IF I had had a claim. He was contentious, unreasonable and attacked verbally by asking very personal questions and then saying that my background gave him reason for my behavior in response to his negligence. Since nothing actually happened, there is no actionable case. His customer service leaves a lot to be desired. His customer communication is poor. He now strikes me as someone who would take advantage of you.
