Staff was nice, busy but still told us a welcome and if we needed help to let them know, it was a huge place went around and almost got lost but one of the coolest places in Katy for sure. Although it is a bit pricey for some items, I found a lot of good trinkets and just smaller pieces I loved for a just $10-$15 which was super nice. This is probably the most popular antique store in Old Katy. I wasn't expecting to find anything, but they actually had a decent selection of collectibles and vintage items. I ended up purchasing an item from a booth that had 15% off, so be on the lookout for booth sales. Friendly staff that let me look in the back cases 2 different times without getting irritated. Very large store with many booths covering antiques, vintage, decorating items, jewelry, eclectic items (like mannequin heads and legs). I found a lot of items I would have liked to take home (maybe not the mannequin parts so much). Stop by and shop downtown Katy. read more

I remembered liking the store, and they do have lots of great items at decent prices, considering they need to make a profit on their items, understandably so. The service was not friendly, not helpful at all. Disappointing. I have worked in this type of retail before and it truly does make a huge difference, welcoming people, checking on them, checking on prices for them, just a general good attitude of, so glad they're there. Makes a world of difference in whether someone decides to pull the trigger or not and drop money at your store. read more

Went looking for a small little round table to go with my antique chair and found the perfect item! The woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful, even let me compare two tables I was considering and checked a vendor's price on another table. No one batted an eye that I brought my toddler with me, even though I was a bit terrified he'd knock something over. He didn't and it was a great trip! I'm going back tomorrow because they have such great stuff!! read more

Just visited this store for the first time. They had great stock and interesting items, however I was followed around the store by one of the workers and felt very unwelcome as I was shopping. When I asked for assistance with an item, the man was unfriendly. Apparently if you are heavily tattooed you aren't welcome to shop in their establishment without them practically escorting you around. read more

This is one of my favorite antique stores. The selection is huge and it's full of really special finds. If this store were in a trendier or more hipster-type town, the prices would easily be double or triple what they are--that is to say, the prices are very fair for some stellar treasures. I am particularly charmed by the huge selection of paper ephemera and amazing antique postcards. I've been coming here for years and it honestly never disappoints. Expect to find noteworthy, exceptional trinkets that you will cherish for years to come. Plus, there's usually free cookies around and a really sweet staff! read more

The staff pretty much leave you alone to browse, which is what I personally like since I'm not good at talking to strangers.. BUT before we left the owner had her dog and let me pet her weenie doggo, which was the best thing of my visit. Sister and I were looking for table cloths, but they didn't have any, but what they did have was a lot of older looking table clothes (plain white) and cotton dollies which I can see being used for a set up during tea time. They had a mixture of potpourris which you scoop up into a box. Christmas smells like pine and cinnamon with orange and dried cranberries/holly~ I really want to go back to buy some! Lots of adorable Christmas decor and very cool finds in jewlery. I will most likely visit again. read more

Consistent every time I pop in, yes it is pricey on some items but I can't be out-shopped. A specific type of Italian costume jewelry I collect and rare to find in Texas, they were kind to open cabinets for me to review markings on several pieces. 6 etched crystal martini glasses with a Roman motif, $24.00, a steal, wrought iron footstool with new fabric $34.00, Irish landscapes coffee table book, $4.00. The $1300 Lucite handbag I had to leave here. Owners kind and assisted me in carrying items out to my car that were too heavy. No stinky mold smell, heavy traffic, most of the population would find something to like, the best of recycled items. Will be back. read more

Pretty stuff but the employees here are not exactly all that friendly. I spent about 30 minutes in this store and not one person even addressed me. It's shops like this that need word of mouth to guarantee their stores success but when you have over priced antiques and rude employees that may be hard! They are fully aware of the shabby chic craze right now and have prices to match! You can for sure find cheaper items on Craigslist. I don't see myself going here again. read more

This is such a fun place to shop! New and old things. They constantly are changing and adding new items. Furniture prices are so much better than most stores. I find something every time I visit. Hours are great because they are open every day rather than so many antique stores that have very limited hours. Just fun! read more
