Tony deserves more than the stars you are able to give him. We are renters and we have been having this problem with our electrical panel for a years. Our landler would just have her handyman replace the breakers. The breakers were literally melted to the panel. She got so many estimates before Tony. It was around 10:30pm and I called a few 24hr. service electricians and they both said they'll only service unless its an emergency. Well, that defeats the purpose of being a 24hr service. So I find KTB and spoke with Tony. Right away I already had good vibes when explaining my situation. He was at the house within 20 mins, got all his equipment out his truck and got the job done. When i was trying to change the light bulb the brackets loosened and just dangled. It's above the bed so I didn't want to take the chance. I have to say that Tony is a god sent. I bought my first house and ended up experiencing electrical issues and gas issues. After the plumber came by to fix the gas he was zapped by the gas line so I knew I needed to find an electrician quick. I called everywhere but no one was available so I tried to find someone really close to me. I finally called Tony late in the afternoon. He switched his schedule around to help me out and worked outside my house for hours in the rain. After he was done he even called me to follow up to make sure everything was good. I had him come back the next few days to fix a lot of the really shotty wiring that was done to my house. (It was all new wiring btw so I never should have had to do this.) I like Tony not only because of his professionalism, timely appointment, and vast technical knowledge but he's really good at troubleshooting. Even the technician from Southern Cal Edison who came to check out the house said he was really really good because Tony found issues that most electricians would have missed. I know, personally, from working with contractors that a tech who can troubleshoot is worth their weight in gold. I would never trust anyone else after how much Tony has helped me. I just moved into a new place and none of the electrical wiring was connected to the breakers by the owner's people. I found Tony on yelp and he came out promptly and fixed the issue within minutes. Not only was the issue resolved quickly but Tony also took the time to check EVERY outlet and switch in the house to make sure they were working properly. He also took the added step of correcting electrical wiring issues in an adjacent electrical panel free of charge.
