John responded immediately, told me he could send someone out the same day, and even gave me a one-hour arrival window. Based on the information I provided, he was able to give me a quote before anyone even came out, which I really appreciated. As promised, Jonathan arrived right on time. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He located the leak surprisingly quickly, and I was shocked at how deep the pipe was buried. At one point, Jonathan was upside down in the hole working to access it! Throughout the process, he clearly explained what needed to be done. He let me know he was going to the store to get a part and would be right back--and he was. He returned quickly and got right back to work. Once the repair was completed, he showed me the damaged section of pipe and explained the fix before covering everything back up. I was especially impressed with the care he took when refilling the hole. He carefully put the soil back in place, and by the end of the job, he was covered from head to toe in mud. It was obvious he worked incredibly hard to get the repair done right. It's been a few days since the repair, and so far everything is working perfectly.
