I went on the first day and everyone was so nice! Food took a little longer, but I totally understand since they just opened. It happens to most new restaurants. I got the Vietnamese spring rolls and the beef pho and I was happy with both. Excited to go back and try the Thai food!

We've had Kub Kao Thai three times now and it has been great every time! Some of the creamiest crab rangoons I've ever had. My favorite dish is the crab fried rice so far. The thai potstickers are tasty as well. The service is great and the vibe of the restaurant is wonderful too!

I was so excited to see a Thai restaurant open in Princeton. This place is very nice inside, an actual sit down and order restaurant. Who ever designed the menu did a fantastic job, it's very aesthetically pleasing and well thought out. This place unfortunately is more of a fusion with Vietnamese and/or Chinese. Not that that's a bad thing; I just prefer that that's in the name of the place, because I was expecting all Thai and authenticity. I believe this place will do well; but my first experience here was just okay. I will come back to give it another go because it is so close to home and there aren't many Asian restaurants, let alone any really great restaurants in the area yet. Our service was good, we started out with a male waiter and halfway through we had a female waitress. The female waitress was more friendly and explained the menu better. I was asking of some dishes on the menu and she explained they were a fusion and some the dishes are not like other Thai places. We got the Thai eggrolls, they were okay , kind of bland. We also got our kids the kids pho and chicken nuggets. Chicken nuggets are chicken nuggets, no complaints from my kid. The pho broth was really tasty. Next time I will probably order pho. We also got the Thai pork belly and a large tam kha chicken soup. The pork was seasoned and fried great, the sauce accompanying it was not what I'm used too, I was expecting a house made explosion of salty sweet and spicy flavors and this one was just strange. The Tam Kha wasn't bad it just wasn't amazing. More on a salty version than I'm used to. Normally it's an amazing balance of the flavors. Still very edible. The mango and sticky rice was great. The Thai teas were too watery and bland. Next time I'll have to order some curry a stir fry and the pho.

    Sticky rice with mango

Food was really good, service was decent, and the place is super clean. Will definitely be back. We had the orange chicken, wonton noodle soup with extra vegetables, and sticky rice with mango. I noticed people ordered take out/to go orders if you need that option.

    Beef Pad Thai solid 4/5.

Food: The menu was pretty standard. There were plenty of appetizers, Thai stir fried noodle dishes, soup noodles, fried rice options, and Thai curries. They even had Chinese American dishes like orange chicken. I literally order the same thing at every Thai restaurant: pad khee mao (drunken noodles). The noodles were very well flavored. The plate of noodles had fresh cut bell peppers, and freshly chopped Thai basil. The plate of noodles were also very generously sized. Overall, it was delicious.

I ordered the pad woon sen (level 2/5 spice) and she ordered the pad kee mow (level 3 spice). To be honest, neither dish really had any spice, so if you like things spicy, go for at least level 4 (my only regret). The flavors for both were excellent, and we shared each dish and deleted both of them in about 10 minutes. Definitely hit the spot. The employees are very friendly and the music gives a relaxing island-type vibe. I recommend checking this place out, I'll definitely be back.
