These guys are top-notch and know exactly what they are doing, I came to Nick Lopez to have a tuxedo completely cut re-cut and fitted to my body. I'm a short guy and so finding a suit in store that fits me just right is near impossible. I came in contact with almost every single person at the shop, and they were all so welcoming and pleasant to work with. They remember my name when I come in for services and always double check their work when I try my pieces on. I was most impressed with the work they did on my tuxedo, I came to pickup my tux on a Thursday, one day before the gala I was expected to attend. After trying on the tux, just when I thought it was perfect.. these guys were not happy with the final outcome. I didn't ask them to re-do the work, they asked me if they could take it back and make the necessary changes they felt were needed. I was a bit worried about dropping it off since the event was the following day but I gambled and trusted them with my pieces. Most people probably do not have the time to go back and forth, time is precious, but I was able to work around my schedule because I needed this to fit just right. I came back the following day, just a few hours before the gala and I do not regret having them take it back for some more work. The tux fit perfectly! Snug in all the right areas (DAT ASS!!). Of course everything that is done with high quality care also comes with top dollar costs. NLT is a bit more expensive than any other place I have been to but the services are so amazing that I am willing to pay whatever it is to look on point!

Very strange (and they don't know how to fix it, as I've taken all my shirts back multiple times) Measuring and fit is subpar on shirts - They don't pay attention to the little details **** They make you pay full upfront then have no urgency for good service and getting you your clothing in a timely manner. All other places you pay half, then the other half once your clothes come in and fit well which gives them better incentive for good service **** - On the positive , they have some nice options on sports coats From the places I've gone... Balani, Tom James, J Hilburn, King Brothers -- I would rank Q dead last. Even shirts I got online from Charles Tyrwhitt and TM Lewin hold up and fit better (and they're not even "made to measure") The horror stories are too long for Yelp. But just keep in mind you have better options.
