Have come here multiple times trying to give it another chance. There are some cute clothes here for sure, but I don't think it's worth the complete degradation you go through when you're browsing and trying stuff on. The lady (I believe her name is Nasreen), she owns the store btw, is extremely rude and disrespectful. Last straw was today when my cousin went in the fitting room with a top, noticed there was a tear, decided not to try it on because of that, and when informing her about the tear was accused of trying it on and ripping it herself when that was definitely not the case. The lady at the counter (nasreen) got no manners, she's got an attitude as if she is the only person who can sell clothes!! Very unprofessional!! Pathetic customer service.. and does not have much of selection.. very limited when it comes to sizes and if you ask if they have your size, she straight away insults you!! Very disappointed with the ill treatment that Nasreen gave to my mom when she was in there today. Displaying rudeness and arrogance is not the way to conduct business. Customer service is key for any business, and when that falls short then nothing else matters. I have purchased so many outfits from her and have referred so many of my family/friends to her that this past experience has left me very sad and hurt! When someone treats my mom in such a terrible way, they will absolutely get the wrath of me! Incident: My mom went to her to pickup a dupatta that I had forgotten from my previous visit. Anyhow, she walks in and sees some pants that she likes, and wants to try it but Nasreen tells her that is is her size. My mom trusts her and goes home with it. When my mom came home and tried the pants, the pants didn't fit (mind you the pants are $25). She goes back to her and let's her know that the pants did not fit as suggested by her and asks her to exchange the pants. The lady rudely yells at my mom and tells her to "read the sign on the door that states no refunds and exchange." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Then she promptly asks my mom to throw the pants in the trash as she will not take the pants back and asks her to leave. For a $25 transaction, she brought out a very ugly side to her personality, and caused tears to roll down my mom's eyes. If I was there, things would have ended much differently as NO ONE speaks to my mom in the manner that she did! All I can do to express my anger at this point is write a review. Needless to say, I will not be buying anything from her nor will I ever refer her to anyone :( It makes me really sad to write this review, but it had to be done. To sum up my review, I DO NOT RECOMMEND her store! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. The rudeness, disrespect, obnoxiousness, and body shaming was disgusting. Wish I saw the negative reviews here before; they're extremely accurate, had a very similar experience. I genuinely felt if I had taken a minute more in one of the fitting rooms, she was going to open the curtains--she moved it around WHILE I WAS CHANGING - and mind you, we were only there for less than 6 minutes to try on two pairs of clothing. She also treated a heavier customer starkingly different than one who was not. No one should be treated like this, she picks and chooses who to treat well. read more
