This place has amazing customer service! They altered my brother suit and I was able to pick it up within 24 hours. More importantly, my wedding was on a Saturday and I called them on Thursday afternoon and asked if they could alter my complicated dress as well as my husband's pants for pickup on Friday. Had a big interview in a day and shopped reviews online for a quality place to get a suit. I didn't want to break the bank nor did I want to go somewhere and get a cheap suit like at Men's Warehouse or Suit Mart. I have an athletic build so it makes finding suits that fit comfortably really hard to find. I don't have girly man legs so the skinny pants aren't for me. I have a small waistline and muscular shoulders with a back with V shape. I went to check out BZACH and spoke with the owner/tailor Balu. He fitted me in a suit with multiple alterations on pant legs, waistband, sleeves..etc. Fitted me in a shirt with a great collar with a tie and pocket square. He asked when I needed the suit and I said my interview was tomorrow. It was 2pm and he said he could have my suit ready that same day at 6pm with all the alterations complete and shirt pressed for me. The price for everything was reasonable and very well worth it, high quality material.. Great service, high quality fabrics, very nice cuts and stitching.. I told Balu when I get the job I will come back and buy 4 more suits. I also enjoyed listening to the Christian music he had playing. Balu is an honest family man and will treat you right.
