I trust them to conduct all the tests needed for me and the testing process always seems super thorough to me with the reading tests, lens tests, light tests, etc. I am given the glaucoma test each time I go because my family history means I am likely to inherit the condition and she very kindly does the puff test for me since I prefer it. Because I am lucky enough to enjoy very good vision at the moment, I have never had to order prescription glasses or contacts. However, I would certainly trust their prescription and recommendations and I know they work with my insurance to get what expenses they can of my costs covered. One Health Ohio - Falls Family Care Review of Dr. Cubbison…read more (5 stars) I can say without hesitation that this review is for Dr. Cubbison only not for One Health Ohio, and that is because first of all One Health Ohio would get about a star maybe a star and a half, long waiting periods make you think that you're forgotten about and one time my wife and I just walked out we had other places to be and they were cutting into that time frame by not seeing us on our scheduled time but because of that I am only reviewing Dr. Cubbison for the simple fact that he is the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of seeing and visiting with. In a world where medical care can often feel rushed, impersonal, or transactional, he stands out as a rare kind of physician--one who truly cares about his patients as human beings. From the moment you walk into the exam room, you can feel his sincerity. He listens--really listens--to what you're saying. Never again. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before I was called up and told the doctor…read morecouldn't see me cause she's allergic to dogs; I have service dogs. Keep in mind, they not only let us sit there all that time, it was also mentioned about my service dogs when I made the appointment. They immediately tried to schedule me somewhere else instead of trying to fix the situation. Keep in mind, it is illegal to deny service based on allergies or fear of dogs, per federal law (ADA). It turned into another hour of calling and talking to different people and them trying to "negotiate" with me. Read, they wanted to figure out a way to not accommodate us, while making it look like they were "working with us." I only needed to get a refill on meds. That was literally it. So, 2 1/2 hours later, and being forced to put my service dogs in the car, I finally saw the doctor and was able to leave. The whole situation was not only illegal, it was just plain unethical. You don't ask someone to be separated from their medical equipment. End of the day, it comes down to this: You can take Benadryl. I can't stop being disabled. You might have to suffer through some discomfort for the rest of the day. I'll be spending the rest of the week dealing with the physical, mental, and emotional fallout.
