I needed some essentials, and I needed them quickly. I'm challenging to shop for. I want to personally thank the Assistant Store Manager, Ms. Paige Logan, for being so polite, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you for being so enthusiastic and having a great attitude. I was able to leave with a great belt and an amazing button-down shirt that I know will get some attention. I plan to come back after this upcoming event, which I was shopping for, and spend some time putting together a small wardrobe of essentials. Once again, I appreciate Ms. Logan's help and guidance today. Paige, you made what could have been a very unpleasant experience for me that much easier. One last comment, price was right!

I used to work at a full line Nordstrom years ago, so I know quality when I see it. That's why I love the Rack because you can always expect good brands at better prices than you'd find at the full line store. To some people, Nordstrom Rack still feels a little pricey for a discount store, but you really have to compare it to the original full line price tags. I live in the NoDa area, and I will say this location was a bit farther out than I expected, about 25 minutes from my house. I was honestly surprised that there isn't a Nordstrom Rack closer to the city. This one is more on the outskirts, which is fine, but it does make quick trips or exchanges a little less convenient. Yes, you can return items at the full line Nordstrom, but sometimes you just want to browse and see what's new. Parking here was easy, and the store itself was clean and well organized. Coming from Houston and then Florida, I wasn't used to seeing so many coats in stock, so that actually caught my attention. They had a big winter selection, and I ended up leaving with a super cute trench coat, a puffer jacket, and a couple of other cold weather pieces since I know Charlotte winters are going to be colder. The staff was about as friendly as you'd expect at a Nordstrom Rack, but they moved quickly, and the checkout line wasn't long. Overall, this location was consistent with the other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. No surprises, just the usual dependable Rack experience. I'd definitely return.
