For the wedding of one of my best friends, I was tasked with the responsibility of renting a suit. This is the closest Men's Wearhouse to me so I figured we would work through this location. I have been here a couple times before and had some solid experiences. The process started when I went in for a fitting of the suit. As the outfit was predetermined, all I had to do was give the staff my code. From there, they began the process of obtaining my measurements. After getting my measurements, pieces of clothing were brought out in order for me to try them on. Some trial and error, but thankfully we were able to find the perfect matches. Some final measurements for alterations and they sent me on my way. I returned a couple weeks later after the suit was ready to try everything on. The staff was very patient with process by showing me proper methods and also provided honest feedback. Everything fit very well, so I was sent on my way, suit in hand. All in all, I have had pleasant experiences at the location. The staff is usually pretty quick to give you a helping hand when you enter the store. It's actually pretty big as well which makes for easy parking and leaves feelings of claustrophobia at the door. Outstanding customer service. Due to traveling I went today (Monday) in hopes of being able to get a fitted rental suit for a wedding this Saturday (understandably last minute and not sure it could even happen). One of the managers (Caleb) went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was extremely helpful going out of his way to make sure I got what I needed on such short notice. Being that I work in the customer service industry this level of customer service was definitely noted and much appreciated. I was measured and fitted and in and out in less than 30 minutes and he went out of the way to make sure I could pick up the fitted suit two days before the event even on such short notice. Ok can't believe this place doesn't have 5 stars... Traveling from Philly to Charlotte for a funeral, Frontier lost our bag...Nathan and his tailor were fantastic. Suited my husband up; better than ever. So funny, my husband was good with no alterations . Nathan would not allow him to leave not looking his best! Asked the tailor take in the jacket and hem pants on the spot. Bought shoes, shirts, socks, tie and extra pants. Thanks again Nate... haha as my husband kept calling him. I had a problem with the tuxedo that I ordered over the Internet. I know I should have just done it at the store but it was so convenient! So here I am at the nearest store and even though they earned nothing on the original rental, these folks were super awesome! Friendly, helpful, they just ordered a replacement. Like nothing. No charge, no hassle, just come back and pick it up. And I can return the one that I got over the Internet here too when I'm done with it. How awesome is that? Prices? Well, they're high. Rude manager, treated me with major disrespect and accused my son of stealing a tux that they still had in the store. My son had to wear an unlaundered suit for prom. We tried very hard to reason with the manager and his immediate reaction was total disrespect. He refused to provide contact information for his superior, as well. Today is a Friday. I was renting a Tux for an event this upcoming Saturday. I called Wednesday evening for an update because the other groomsmen got emails about their Tux being in. The gentleman on the phone was rushing me off, stating that the Tux would be guaranteed delivered their two days prior to the event. I told him, I understand and I would like for him to check for me, physically because other groomsmen got theirs already. He checked and no Tux, cool. The following day which was two days before the event, I kept checking my emails and nothing. I called the store at 7pm and asked about my Tux again, explaining how I didn't receive an email yet. This gentleman checked and told me they had received my Tux. I was upset at first because I had to drive 3 hrs to my event in SC and now I'm a few hours off schedule. The employee apologized for me not getting any kind of notifications and went on about how information sometimes gets put in the system wrong. So that's why I gave this location 2 STARS. Edit: The previous Monday, I went to pay off the remainder balance, I stood there as at least 5 employees worked and 1 acknowledged me after signing in. He told me to wait for one employee to finish with a customer. I walked around the store to be noticed again because they had employees just walking around talking. Ray and another associate Nina set me up with a suit tailored in a day and tell me about an awesome sale, so I added a custom suit they will ship to me in Colorado when I get home. This place is a joke...i just had to walk out because the lady was not helpful,attentive and she absolutely gave no shit about what I needed as a customer. I waited 45mins while she was helping a young man decided between a black tie and a black bow tie.....when it was my turn she took 2 measurements (neck and shoulders) then she gave me 3 jackets to try on. While i was trying on the jacket she was helping another customer already with sizing I waited for another jacket....after 10 mins I left. Absolutely the worst experience ever read more

Just left this store and had to give a shout out to Matthew Timberlake. We are huge shoppers at Men's Wearhouse and normally shop at the South Park location, first time in this store. Had to have a belt loop repaired on some gabardine pants (same belt loop always happens due to the way my husband sits in the car?). Fixed the loop for free and out of the store in 10 minutes! Lets face it, most of these chain stores are a lot the same so it's almost a "boilerplate" layout and selection. However, I really like this location. Reason being is that the staff is always very friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. They will approach you and try and help out if need be but if you say no thanks they will give you some distance. Also, if you are a coupon person you can usually find some good discounts on seasonal items but you have to look around for said coupons first or just ask the employees and they will hand them out to you. They know coupons help get people to spend so they are very much on board with that program. read more

Greetings, I was with my son to get a suit and Mr.T was helping me out ,from nowhere I don't know his name(Mr.F) commented on my son saying he is not going to audition for supermen when we said the arms are bit tight. He didn't say sorry nor felt bad for saying it. He was very insulting, and I felt it is not the right way to treat the customer. I'm very upset the way they treated me. He had a look on his face after insulting. We don't know much about suits and that is the reason we go to experts ,it is not because men's warehouse is outstanding. I will try to reach out to the manager as well but I know it is of no use as the assistant manger is supporting Mr.F. I'm an immigrant and that may be the reasons for those insults. We have shopped at the MW in Concord several times and had really good experiences. We went in to this location near Carolina place today to look for a prom tux for my son. We were advised a "tux advisor" would come and assist. The young lady they sent over was awful. She was rude, unhelpful and acted bored. After a couple of questions (all posed with the undertone of "I truly couldn't care less) I thanked her for her time and told her we would look elsewhere. This was a horrible experience to say the least. I would never recommend. You would think if you are spending top dollar on suits you would get descent service. Instead, the sales rep was rushing us to buy, had none of the deals that were on TV, had us waiting for more than 2 hours while he tried helping about 4 other customers while he helped myself and brother. Went in with my groomsmen not exactly sure what we were looking for and not sure if we were going to buy or rent. First salesman gave us a basic idea on prices and told us to wait for somebody else. Walked around for a or 20 mins getting no help when another woman approached us to help, had an attitude and didn't listen to anything I wanted. Told her I wanted pants and jacket and she kept giving me prices on full suits, shirts, shoes and ties and couldn't help me at all with pricing suits to buy. I asked her to give me a breakdown in writing and said she'd be back. She disappeared, started helping other customers, said she'd be right back and again blew us off and left us hanging. I've gotten several suits through this exact store and no previous problems. This was a horrible experience and we all walked out frustrated. Terrible service. The "tux consultant" thought that we should take his selection for the tuxedo, vest and tie without question. When I said that I did not like the tuxedo he picked but preferred another one he became extremely obstinate. He kept asking me "why" I didn't like his pick. I would answer and he would ask again. He then asked my son what he liked to which my son responded that it really didn't matter to him but it mattered to his Mom so go with her choice. The only thing that my son did want was a black bow tie and a red vest to match his date's dress. The consultant told him that he could have a red bow tie with a red vest or a red bow tie with a black vest but NEVER a black bow tie with a red vest. He argued back to me with his superior tone when I said that we still wanted that combination. Only when I pointed out that the Men's Wearhouse ad posted behind him had the combination that my son wanted did he finally stop attacking us for our lack of taste. In the end, my son pulled me aside and said that he did not like the vests and wondered about going to another shop. We explained this to our consultant who loudly, apparently in an effort to embarrass my son and I, complained that we were not going to make an order today?!?!!! My son immediately said that he would and the consultant wrote it up before he even decided what he wanted. I had to ask the consultant what tux and vest he put on the order. He put the tuxedo that he had selected and I did not like and the vest that he had selected and my son did not like. He then asked if we were going to take care of the bill or not. Prom season is always stressful for everyone but the least you could do is help your customers out! looking back on our appointment the sales women was rude and unhelpful, she did not show us different tuxes and made us look through the tux book without help and without answering questions. after blinding picking a two button tux at 149.99 the woman typed in our information and our total became 220.00! giving our deposit we left confused but hopeful. (going back to pick it up i realized she up charged us for a pocket hanky that we never agreed on and got the total back down to 160.00) well it is two weeks later and prom is today, we try on the tux again and realize you cannot see the vest color, and the tie is not even right, which i called out when i picked it up but they didn't even bother to talk about. we go back this morning to try it on for the "professionals" to make sure were putting on everything right and we talked about the tie and suit issues, the woman who originally helped walked by while we were talking to the manager and stayed to hear what we had to say, after learning that the buttons are a huge part of seeing the vest i said "that would have been nice to know two weeks ago" and she rudely acted and discussed with us that she did in fact tell us about it. and then after the tuxedo issues were not fixed, we asked about the tie problem and they simply said "thats the tie that matches the vest" in which i replied "that would have been also nice to know about two weeks ago" for i had never been shown the tie tux combo. and while im not picky i also do not like surprises that can ruin a day. after all was said and done and my boyfriend when to put the tux away i went to sit down and the woman who "helped us" went in the back room to talk sh*t about me making it very obvious until she saw that i could see her and moved further back into the room! very rude and unhelpful. would never go here for a wedding let alone a prom. read more
