I'm impressed at how efficient and configurable Nate has made this space. I hardly notice when he's setting up to have me work on the next thing. That said the equipment is basic enough that you can replicate the routines at any commercial gym. The Trainer: Nate knows his stuff! First of all I blew my lower back out doing burpees in a kickboxing class due to the recommended form. My partner who also trains with him recommended Nate to me. So we met and right away Nate evaluated me and built a 4 day workout plan that I can do on my own. Additionally, he's corrected everything I've done wrong for years and helped me isolate muscles to maximize the effectiveness of the workout. He's also introduced me to amino acids (I know...basic stuff, but not to me) he also taught me a lot of new challenging stuff and makes sure I keep up with my diaphragm exercises to strengthen my back. So far my results have been great (lost 12lbs, increased muscle mass) which is a bit of a mind trip because I'm never tired or in pain! Above all, Nate is very personable and charming! I've seen him flex his communication style to work with people all over the spectrum (a business man at heart). He's also in great shape which is aspirational and I guess what you'd want in a personal trainer. I haul my developing buns of steel 18 blocks to train with Nate, he's been worth every penny, I doubt you'll be disappointed!

Typical workout session: I do 2 sessions/week that focus on a fully body workouts. After each workout I feel like I've been challenged and pushed myself (usually hit a new personal best every 1-2 weeks) but I don't feel sore the next day which is absolutely the perfect balance for me. He also is very attentive and receptive and helps customize my workout plan so it works best for me, my schedule, and my personal goals. Adrian is very focused on sustainable training so every session consists not only of doing the exercise but taking time to reflect when things go wrong, and focus on form and efficiency of each movement. He has excellent cues and tips and even sometimes tweaks some of the exercises if my mobility is limited for example. In addition to growing stronger (going from new-lifter to now being able to deadlift 315lbs for reps), Adrian has taught me how to enjoy exercise and how to consistently workout in a way that's good for my growth and focuses on good form, mobility, and strength.
