Dr. Croft is absolutely wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely comfortable during your visit. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. His assistant, Lynette, is just as amazing! She's kind, attentive, and makes the whole experience smooth and stress free. They make such a great team and create a calm, welcoming environment. The front desk service is top notch as well. Stacey is always friendly, helpful, and organized. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to see these dentists and hygienists. Their level of care and quality is great and they are very gentle. Most areas have a tv on the wall and the ceiling to help you relax during your visit. They have vibrating chairs and sunglasses to block out the light and splashes while they work. I had to schedule an appointment for a tooth removal that was cracked and was infected . I have dental insurance with a copay of course, the office surrounded me and told me that I wouldn't have the operation unless I paid the copay right then which was $91 . It's the end of the month I'm on Social Security I'm 79 years old with a crack tooth infection a heart valve replacement and a knee replacement . After 45 minutes I still hadn't gotten the amoxicillin I needed for the operation . I am so upset I'm trying to find another dentist my doctor is going to prescribe amoxicillin for me while I find somebody . I would 150% recommend Kuna dental to anyone looking for a new dentist or for establishing care. No one loves the dentist and dentists know that. These guys do a great job making you feel comfortable. Their waiting area is top notch and doesn't feel like a medical office but more like your living room at home-very relaxing. The staff is friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The practitioners do an excellent job explaining diagnoses and procedure options. Last but not least, their pricing is very reasonable. My husband is almost 80 years old and his memory is not the best. In early May, he had to reschedule his appointment due to a conflict in scheduling with the VA hospital that he had forgotten about. A couple of months later, he again had to reschedule his appointment (NOT cancel) due to another conflict in scheduling. Again...his memory is deteriorating and I caught his error before his appointment. Because the conflicting appointment was a very important one for a wound on his leg he had been receiving treatment for at the VA, he asked to reschedule the dental appointment. He was told there would be a charge of $36.00, since it was the second time he had to reschedule. Again, he is almost 80 years old and his memory is no longer the best. Due to this, I have now taken over his appointment scheduling since this incident and trust me, I will make sure this doesn't happen again. I will add here that we had no issue with the staff. My husband and grandson liked Dr. Haws and this review has no reflection on the dentists. The care was good, however, the fact that this office would not waiver the rescheduling fee was enough to seek another dental office. The new office is just as good with care and I will make sure to keep track of my husband's appointments, myself. Also, I am well aware of their 'policy', so Kuna Dental...no need to 'remind' me of this. It's taken care of and I'm sure your office was happy with the $36.00 received for no service. read more

I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate Dr.Haws, but I think 5 stars is not enough! He was professional, kind, funny and the work he did my entire outlook on my teeth. I was sure I was going to lose more teeth, because of the dental problems I was having. Dan went way above and beyond to help me, and last night I was able to eat a meal without worrying that the next bite was going to cause me intense pain. Dr Croft went above and beyond for my wife today. We called him Sunday evening because of complications with one of her teeth and she needed a prescription filled.
