No showed twice and then gave the excuse our grass was wet, except, they didn't show, and the grass wasn't wet. Told me they'd come later in the week since they missed my day, they didn't. Then they failed to come on my scheduled day the following week. I got bills for weeks they never showed. I emailed them to terminate service and they couldn't even be bothered to email me back, try to keep my business, apologize, or act like an actual business.
