But the first thing I needed done was a sprinkler repair. What I really noticed right away was the professional communication and punctuality of this company. They use systems to help them keep track of things and communicate with you and when they say they're going to be there, they show up. Now that lawn mowing season has started it just took a few minutes to go over my preferences for the service with them, including edging and cleanup, and off they went. Josiel was quick to let me know that after the first mowing, there would be individuals who did not have English as a first language. I could really care less about that. What I care about is the job that they do. So far, I have been exceptionally satisfied and I assume that's going to continue. By the way, the reason I started this quest was I was using a different company last summer, and with all the ICE raids that went on, the non English speaking people left the company. They were replaced by a bunch of Americans that for the life of them they could not mow a straight line or edge a straight line. I would have tall grass in between the cut rows that I would have to go out and cut after the fact. Now this may sound racist but I do think that the Hispanic workers that I have had doing work on my property have done far better work than anyone else that I've hired. I saw a recent rant on here on Yelp, reviewing this company, and the individual had very little to say about the work that was done other than they didn't speak English. Like I said, I could care less what language they speak if they do a great job. I strongly encourage you to consider this company for your lawn care and Landscaping needs.

If we needed additional services, the local Meridian, ID office was very accommodating and service was quick. Then everything changed in 2026. I wanted some help for a maple tree (pale leaves needed an iron infusion) and was told by the serviceman treating our lawn at our home they could schedule it when the temperature was warmer. A month later I called the number of the Meridian office about whether it was scheduled yet and was surprised to get a call service instead. Not the end of the world, but the lady on the phone had no clue how to find out. I asked for the number of the Meridian office and she said she either didn't know it or couldn't give it. But she would check to see when my order would be taken care of. During her TEN MINUTE SEARCH I could hear papers rustling and other sounds while she kept me busy with incoherent small talk. She never could find a date for me so eventually, thinking I would use a local number I had to call the office, I hung up. I dialed and got the same call service, but different person. Same conversation, same result. I looked up a number I used for eight years and dialed that one. Different person, same conversation, same result. Fourth try, different number, in the afternoon. Different person, same conversation, same result. Finally I decided to drive the 20 Miles to the office half to see if they'd gone out of business or hopefully get some answers from an actual employee. Got there at 3PM but office closed at 2PM. I sneaked in a back door and found a late-working employee. I told him my agonizing experience and the worker said sorry, that he hated the new system but could do nothing about it. BOTTOM LINE: I'm ditching this company after eight years and finding a new one that actually talks to its customers.

I threw them two curveballs in the front regarding busted sprinklers and one that was buried by a cement curbing company who didn't mark the line.
