The white chocolate was really good I loved the hazelnut but the milk chocolate was ... well.. let's just say I bit into it halfway through and I bit down On a hard ass seed Im not sure what type of seed you guys can be the judge of that but a very dense seed that could've broken my tooth if I would have bit down on it any harder thank god I like eating my chocolate slowly ..

You might come for the baklava chocolate pistachio crunch bar thingy (and you won't be blamed for buying one...or two...or ten... they're fairly priced, freshly made, decadent but crispy and light) per the latest viral trend, but the name of the shop is Kunafa's so yeah, you gotta get the kunafa. For as straightforward and seemingly unimaginative the name is, the Kunafa is out of this world and ranks among the best I've ever had in my life. For a very reasonable price, you can get an entire round of it that can feed upwards of 30 people. The Kunafa comes out hot, ooey gooey melty cheesy inside, and perfectly sweet and crunchy on top. They even add another layer of syrup I think to give it that extra crunch. The service leaves only a little to be desired. A coffee I'd ordered was forgotten and I had to remind them. Placing an order over the phone was somewhat difficult, there was maybe too much mic feedback or background noise or difficulty understanding one another's words because when I arrived it seemed like we ordered one thing but they made another, so I had to wait for a few minutes for the correct order. They were gracious about it though, so no harm done. The shop is a little small but I came at the right time. There was hardly a line, the cashier kept it flowing fast, but never rushed or was short with any customer. As long as there's not a lot of people, there's a few stools on the bar that you could settle yourself down on and sip coffee with your dessert. If I had the time to sit there, I'd probably end up sampling one piece of everything. It all looked so amazing, and unlike most bakeries that seem to make whiny in the morning and leave the goods out for the day, here I was happy to see them churning out the goods constantly. Yes, kunafa's lives up to the hype!

Given the hype of the. "Dubai" chocolate bars, I had to find a place to try one. They were reasonably priced and tasted amazing. I recommend eating it at the store if it is a sunny day as it will melt. This meant that I had chocolate for breakfast but no complaints there.

It's been such a long time since I've had high quality & authentic kunafa/knafeh and I'm so glad I came here to satisfy my craving! I ordered two soft kunafas and was given a complimentary roll (I forgot the name oops) by one of the workers which I thought was super sweet. The girls working at the front were super nice and I love how fresh everything tasted! Kunafa was warm and had just the right balance of dough, cheese, and syrup. They have lots of options to choose from as well and seems really popular with local families. Would definitely come back and recommend for others to try :)

If you are in the mood for some Kunafa, this is the place for you. Came by post dinner for some dessert, it was fairly busy. There are some chairs there so you can enjoy your dessert immediately while it's still warm. They had a variety of options. The most popular was zunad al zit (lady fingers) because that what we came for and it literally sold out right before our eyes. We opted to get kunafa instead. It's fresh, and perfectly sweet even without the syrup in my opinion.

When I went to the Middle East about 20 years ago, I ate a great deal of a dessert called knafeh. And ever since then, I've been trying to find someplace in the GTA that serves a comparable version. Kunafa's comes as close as I've tried. It's a small joint with limited seating but we managed to snag a couple of stools. We wound up sharing an order of the Kunafa Kishna ("Kishna-style dough with sweet gooey cheese and warm syrup"), and even though it came with extra syrup, we ended up not using it. It's really, really good. It's got this cheesy filling that works so well when combined with the crispy shell and sweet syrup. And it tasted hot and fresh, which only enhanced the experience. I think it's safe to say I'll be eating at Kunafa's many more times in the future.

Their authentic Middle Eastern sweets are truly divine! I came for the viral Chocolate Pistachio Kunafa bar which was absolutely delicious! I hope they make it a permanent menu item. As great as the food is, the service is impeccable! I'll definitely be making return visits!

Staff was nice and the food everything tasted fresh. Nutella and Biscoff Baklava where amazing.

This dessert restaurant is no joke, their menu is so massive it feels like it could rival the Cheesecake Factory's (no exaggeration). While most of it is dedicated to desserts, they do offer food options too, but let's be honest... you come here for the sugar rush. We tried a slice of their Red Velvet Cheesecake, and it was rich, smooth, and everything you want in a dessert. We also ordered a loaded waffle topped with brownies, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream, and whipped cream, basically a dessert lover's dream on a plate. Both desserts were fantastic and definitely lived up to the hype. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even with such a huge menu, they made great recommendations. If you're looking for a fun spot to satisfy your cravings, The D Spot delivers.

I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected to, simply because I'm not big on sweets. The cake is light and spongey and absorbs the leche/milk very nicely, and makes the entire cake very moist. Vastly different in texture to other cakes that rely more on cream and icing to balance the sponge cake. I found this cake lighter and a really unique flavour/texture. It's sweet with flavour that has depth (not just by using more sugar/syrup) and the hints of milk, strawberries, cream, etc all mesh really well. Glad to have stumbled across a new fave and I'll definitely be back to try the rest of their offerings.

The texture of the croffles had a crispiness on the outside which made this dessert delightful to take a bite into. We chose the Honeycomb, Tiramisu and White Chocolate Matcha. We thoroughly enjoyed each flavour but a personal favourite of mine would be the tiramisu. My friend's personal favourite was the honeycomb. We're both not into white chocolate but to our surprise, we enjoyed the White Chocolate Matcha flavour as well. The matcha's earthiness really complemented the touch of sweetness of the white chocolate. The cream on top of the croffle was also rich and smooth. The ice cream was a good addition. As mentioned in my previous review, the server was friendly and had a warm smile. The place encouraged people to connect with each other and I thought it was a cozy place to do just that. Overall, I would come back again to try out their other desserts.

Even hours later, they were crispy & SO tasty!! The variety of flavours is nice, but the puffs themselves are so delicious that anything added is just a bonus. Decent, but these sweets are not for me…read more I enjoy sweet and even the occasional Timbit, but I found these puffs drenched in oil and super sweet. Overall just very wet and aggressively sugary. In an age where people are trying to eat healthier, I cant really imagine myself coming back for this when I could have a larger portion of more refined sweets elsewhere. Likely a better fit for people with a major sweet tooth or for kids. It's similar to a treat you'd eat at a food truck in a festival or outdoor event. I feel as if I ate an entire week's worth of sugar in one go. The shop itself is pretty modern, spacious, and clean. Sparse seating, lots of mirrors, etc. But the location is great, and there's lots of plaza parking. Staff were ok but very busy with orders. The rest of the menu seems good. Lots of variety of other sweet drinks and pastries, but also items to balance out the sugar like coffee, tea, savoury pastries, etc. Kind of like a crossover between Tim's and Starbucks. I am hesitant to try other items though because of how sweet the puffs were. The pricing is also really steep for the kind of food it is. Personally speaking, Id rather hit Krispy Kreme because those donuts while sugary, don't feel as greasy / heavy as these puffs. For comparison these puffs are around $1/pc and an original donut at Krispy Kreme is around $1.50 An additional minus is the online/app ordering process. I ordered on the app, arrived, and didn't notice any instruction for pickup ( no signage , markers, etc). I waited 10 mins because it was pretty busy, staff were working nonstop, and I had just ordered less than 5 mins ago. I had to ask the staff about my order, and it turned out it was ready all along sitting in a cabinet with frosted glass doors, so I couldn't even tell they had any orders waiting. The app also didnt have a progress bar, just an estimated finish time at time of order. Less than seamless, for sure

I opted for the pistachio and super cookie (biscoff/Oreo) flavours. Outright the portion size is amazing. They pack the cup full and do not hold back. A regular scoop is enough and it's nice you can pick 2 flavours to get some more variety. In terms of flavor, I liked the pistachio as it leaned more towards a subtle and fragrant flavour. The gelato was super creamy and the sweetness was toned down. The super cookie flavour had more pieces and bits in it, so it was more interesting in texture but not as unique in flavour. Also leaned a little more sweet, and was highly similar to a cookies and cream ice cream. But quality was solid for both and the gelato was fresh. Bonus that their points system is easy to use as well - just punching in a phone # Compared to regular ice cream stores, you get better value and quality here. For the same price range, they pack the cup full and most importantly, the flavors are unique. I'm a big fan of uncommon flavours so I liked how bold some of the options were, while others echoed familiar favourites, so there's easily some options for everyone. Location is fantastic too, close to streetsville and Erin Mills, and in a plaza that is 99% food. Lots of plaza parking and easy to access.
