Unheard-of from most Freightliner shops. My previous experiences with DEF problems usually end up being in shop for 3 days to 1 week. By the way, the US government really messed up with DEF requirements because of the cost of repairs companies are incurring. They have friendly staff and very comfortable drivers room. They also have laundry machines and showers. PLEASE, some of you drivers use the showers because some of you smell really bad.

It was an after market hose kit so was not the best quality I guess. On this boat there is a female connector on both ends of the gas line and was hard to find one that fit. The technicians at Don's took the time to find the right one and modify it to fit my setup. Most of the negative comments for Don's are at least five years old so I would say to disregard them. The staff here were professional and friendly. The whole store is well stocked with everything you might need for your boat and has many OME products rather than the off market brands you get online. This is October so the mad rush is on to get boats winterized so make sure you communicate with them what you want on your service request. Remember-that mice can get into your stored boat and take precautions like dryer sheets or traps to avoid damage.

I advised at that time I would remove the fender liners so they could do a thorough job. They said that was fine. I dropped my vehicle off as scheduled & went to lunch. I rec'd a call from them stating they could not do the undercoating due to the fender liners being removed. I called them back & they agreed to do a partial application for half the price & I would return once the liners were reinstalled to finish the job. I had an uneasy feeling about this place, so when I returned home, I removed the plugs from the holes & could see they had barely sprayed any product inside the doors or rocker panels. They didn't do the tailgate at all! I called P&B to discuss this sloppy job & in order to resolve the issue, they agreed to finish the remainder of the job for no additional cost to me. When I called back to make the appointment, the manager who was going to do the work was never there & never returned any of my calls. I had to call corporate to get this resolved. I ended up getting my money back. I took my vehicle to a different business in Madison who did a complete/thorough job for less then what P&B was charging. I will not take my vehicle back to this business. Shabby work & disappointing customer service.

While they didn't stock or sell the the actual part I needed they went out of their way to locate someplace that did. This isn't an unusual type of thing historically but I feel it's something that isn't practiced as often as it should be. I was not buying their wares, but they took the time to refer me to another vendor. That's the type of service I really appreciate, and it assured me that one day in the future I'll know of TWO places I will be glad to return to if I ever need this type of item again!
