I asked them if I could pick it up in the morning. They took down my info and said "we've made a quote for you and they will be able to help you out". This was a lie. When I came in the lady who "helped" me informed me this part doesn't exist in store, there's no call or quote on file and everything I did lastnight was all made up. I asked multiple times to check or see what may have happened. But nothing. No help, just left sad and empty handed. I called a neighboring location and they helped me out, they got the part ordered from Stoughton and have it in a hour. Seriously wish this store could have had some helpful services, but I would never recommend anyone to come here after dealing with that.

I am impressed with the amount of compassion and empathy this owner is showing this homeless man. Instead of using that energy to send a passive aggressive anonymous letter to the owner, the residents could have pooled together resources to get a voucher or send a check to get this homeless man a hotel room. We're living in the middle of a pandemic and we need to have compassion and empathy for each other. I, for one, will be giving my business to this establishment when and if my car needs work.

Can't say I'm a happy customer after working with Vic for a motorcycle seat, went there because he…read morecame highly recommended but the end product was not satisfactory. It was like getting a bad tattoo, when you finally get to see the end results you realized the mistake had been made. The color of the piping was wrong and the seams and the form of the seat are not symmetrical when I went to pick up the seat I told Vic that there were mistakes made, he was completely unwilling to fix his mistakes and told me he was done with this and sent me on my way with a small discount on the price. He basically said he was not capable of doing motorcycle seats after I expressed concerns and that he wouldn't be doing any more in the future. This would have been nice to know upfront, not after he agreed to reupholster my seat. Very disappointed in his work and customer service.
