I can never say no to a boba for a mini road trip! I ordered the Lychee Punch, because I really wanted the lychee jellies in my drink. The drink was very refreshing, had the perfect hint of tea but not too strong and the lychee flavor was great! The service was actually pretty fast, pretty standard for a boba spot! And the ambiance was very casual!

This is one of the few boba spots in Lathrop, Ripon and Manteca area. The menu options are above basic and nowhere near Bay Area menu options. The prices are a few cents cheaper than Bay Area boba drinks. The flavor of the drinks doesn't taste watered down but their sweetness levels need to be adjusted more. The boba is at least a day old as they were clumpy, tough center and outside isn't chewy. The store is clean and offers several seats. There are board games and a claw machine available, but was broken when I went.

I wouldn't say this is a great place but they definitely deserve 5 stars for their patience and how nice it is inside. I'm not up for pricey drinks but get on their rewards using your phone number and some of the deal they email you make it worth it to try. I wasn't able to get what I really want but the choices I ended up with weren't bad. The location is very crowded but parking shouldn't be a problem. Wait time isn't bad at all.

I really like Kung Fu Tea. I had their Passion Fruit with Green Tea and Mango Popping Boba and that was heavenly. It wasn't overly sweet, where some other Boba shops, their passion fruit is too sweet. I love Chai, so I asked my daughter to go pick up some boba for us. the Chai Milk has a well balanced spice and sweet combination. Very well done! Kung Fu Tea is an amazing place to try! Even my dogs approve. :)

Service was average. Quick and efficient. The inside is clean. There's a claw machine in the corner and next to it is a table with games to play such as Jenga. Cute & colorful cloud designs on the walls. Ordered the matcha milk cap with boba. $0.75 extra to add boba. The drink was $8.50. It is kinda expensive. The milk cap taste like half-and-half milk. The drink tastes like what it's supposed to taste like however, it's a little on the sweet side.

Wouldn't give any starts if I had to, Haven't been here in a while and when I do decide to get boba, my order is messed up. When I try to call, there seems to be no one answering the phone. So I had ordered a LARGE sunshine pineapple tea with BOBA, ALOE JELLY & MILK CAP. When I got my order it was a small with no boba but everything else was okay. I tried to call the store but no answer and I try to avoid going to the boba store in person because the workers there are rude & passive aggressive and I'm not there for their

First off, I am from the Bay Area so of course I'm spoiled by all the Boba choices there. Now Recently, I moved here in Manteca with my boyfriend and the first thing we did was to look for Boba places and there was ONLY one here, so of course I did not have high hopes because I never heard of Manteca in my life. Anyways that pretty much saved me because the place was really bad...no names I don't wanna call out names. Then the second closest one was Modesto and so we went ahead and try that place as well. Hmm... let just say I'm never going back to both of those places ever!!! By now I pretty much gave up hope and was even thinking of opening one here myself lol, but little did I know after a while this place kung fu tea suddenly popped up !!! Away we went and the next thing I know I been going back almost everyday LOL. Yes Sirrrrr ! My bf favorite is the Wow Milk w/milk cap. (boba is included in this drink) *The first drink to the left My favorite is Wintermelon Tea 50% Sweet . *The last drink to the right

Everything is fresh, wholesome, and intentionally made. You can tell they care about the food they're serving and the people they're serving it to. For the longest time, I couldn't stop ordering the turkey pesto sandwich because it was that good. Once I finally started trying other menu items, I realized it wasn't just one great sandwich. Everything I've had has been delicious. The coffee and tea are exceptional as well. Manteca is so lucky to have a place like Bean & Leaf. Given the multitude of licenses at stake in such enterprises, I wish to share my recent experience at this location. This morning, my husband and I visited, and we were somewhat disappointed with the quality of our orders. He ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk, while I ordered an oat milk latte with an extra shot of espresso at a temperature of 200 degrees. He also selected a ham, cheese, and egg croissant, and I opted for a bacon and cheese croissant. Regrettably, the items did not meet our expectations. The beverages lacked the desired strength; although the temperature was correct, I was informed after placing our order that they were out of oat milk and had to substitute it with almond milk. Given that we had already paid approximately $30, this was quite disappointing. Despite these concerns, we did not request a discount or refund, and we accepted the substitution that was communicated to us approximately 10 to 15 minutes after placing our order. On a positive note, the staff were very courteous, and the establishment was clean. However, I suspect that the items we ordered may not represent the best offerings on their menu. While the service was commendable, there was a notable wait involved. It would have been preferable to have been informed of the oat milk shortage prior to payment, as we might have chosen to leave at that point. Unfortunately, our dissatisfaction led us to seek alternative options, and we subsequently drove to Stockton to visit Peet's Coffee, where we consistently find lattes prepared to our liking. While we may not return to this location, I do not wish to portray it negatively. It is clear that the establishment has potential, yet our experience did not align with our expectations.
