I'm going to give 3 stars because the drinks are good. The milk tea does taste freshly brewed and not powdery. However, it's a disorganized circus act behind the counter. They do not have a good system with making drinks and distributing drinks. They had our drinks sitting on the counter for over five minutes before my husband clarified it was ours. People were waiting 15-20 minutes for 2-3 boba drinks. I know they're new but they need a better system. read more

So I moved to Manteca from SoCal about two weeks ago, and was pleasantly surprised to find out I lived so close to a Kung Fu Tea!! I have only ordered delivery so can't say much about customer service, but my experience with the quality of the drinks is amazing. I usually don't order slush drinks but I've had a couple of theirs and they're SOO good! As basic as it is, the Oreo slush is my favorite. Their homemade boba, which I discovered is described as "bubbles" (lol oops guess I should have known), are so deliciously chewy and sweet. Best tapioca pearls I've ever had. Been here a couple time and it just keeps getting worse. A lot of the time we come in they are missing ingredients to make certain drinks if you come 45 minutes before closing they wont making certain drinks anymore because they would have to clean the machines again. Came in last Friday stood there for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us and then was told they couldn't make that drink for the night anymore. Came this morning at 1 and ordered my usual and saw there was only two people working this morning. Must've been two trainees because the girl was so slow to make one drink & looked as if she wasn't doing anything. Also she was texting as I was ordering my drinks, getting my payment and even giving me the receipt she was on her phone. Boy was just slow. Ive heard the rave everywhere about kung fu tea, naturally I had to try it while I was traveling the west coast. Here's my list for all you in question about this location 1. The beverages were below average and there was a girl with glasses determined to ruin my experience (displayed complete disrespect when I asked questions about flavors I haven't seen before) and extremely irate about seemingly everyone in the store.. 2. I'm not a not picky person but when I went to sit down and get a little work done, the tables are stained and quite sticky. 3rd staff incredibly unenthusiastic about their jobs and dealing with customers atmosphere was was subpar at best. Frozen drinks from this place are good very tasty it does have a good favor the only thing they can improve is there cup size there medium is more like a small and they're large is alot smaller compare to other tea places and prices are abit high compare to size too of drink. But so far its my favorite place to go yet here on Manteca for bobba drinks. read more

Always come here before closing since I get off work at 9:30 but the staff here are always so pleasant even if it means dealing with last minute customers like myself & my kids!! For a big group of teens running this place, I'd say they're doing a fantastic job at doing so!! read more

Went in with a big order. I tried to place the order over the phone but their phone seemed to be disconnected. As soon as I walked in the girl with the glasses and cheetah mask had a stank face. I told the guy on the register I had a big order. He told that girl with the glasses she looked at me like she was very bothered by that. After they gave us our order she said to me "next time you have a big order place it over the phone. We're running low on boba so we need to know ahead of time" this is the 2nd time I go in and she's very rude. She needs to find a job where she doesn't have to use customer service. Pretty disappointed in the quality of the bubble tea they serve. It is honestly a hit or miss depending on who is making your beverage. First time going to this location, order was made correctly and the taste was good. Recently went again, and this time 4 out of my 5 orders were incorrect. Came in around 8:15pm today, all the chairs were up way before they even closed and the Pm workers were ABSOLUTELY rude. Someone was here for door dash and the girl didn't even look at the order and blew past him saying "ya well it's not done yet" like okayyy?? then proceeded to complain about how they wanted to close early and they just got all mad. I ordered my drink and the guy with black hair and blond highlights with AIRPODS in, smacked my change down into my hand so i ripped my receipt out of his hands in exchange and just to top it off they were visually irritated and can hear them gossiping. but to put the cherry on top it was coming around 8:30pm and TONS of people came in and it just made me so happy! if that's not instant karma then idk what is. read more

come here pretty often couple times a week since they have opened but the drinks are very inconsistent. sometimes they are more sweet then others. that i can live with but there has been. a couple times where they literally taste like water and sugar with a hint of flavor. i see new employees all the time. please train them well before you let them make the drinks themself cause this is causing a lot of inconsistency. Whoa, whackest boba I've ever had, and shocked it's from KFT. Boba is cooked terribly, still hard and sticky. Honey oolong tea is a a creamy white color with barely any flavor other than a mouthful of sugar that's difficult to swallow. I've been to KFTs across the country and this does not live up to the standards. A shame location for this chain. Won't be visiting this one again. Two stars bc 1 star is mean and I'm still alive after a few sips. read more

Staff are friendly and great service. My favorite is cocoa cream wow with boba and popping coffee boba it's the best!

i've only tried three drinks and the best one has to be the oreo wow. it is very milky and has the best boba in my opinion.
