    I know Kung Fu...
    Bill S.

OMG, My blood sugars are gonna be in the stratosphere! Stony Brook is a wasteland for bubble tea. That's right, I said it. Every bubble tea I had in the area has been sub par. Kung Fu Tea in the Broadway mall has a kiosk and it is killer! So when I saw them converting the palm reading shop to a Kung Fu Tea? I knew I was on Santa's good list. I ran inside and said do you have black sesame milk tea? In Matcha we do. I quickly switched to my favorite flavor, Oreo. My drink comes to me and its the same standard drink I had in Flushing, Kung Fu style! Now Kung Fu teas aren't just bubbles and sunshine. They have different types of teas and flavors. Besides the milk teas, there are fruit punch teas, slushies and something called a milk cap. The cup has 80 percent tea and they top it with a creamy dreamy salty-sweet milk cap. Keep in mind, to try all of the different flavors and combinations? It would take a very very long time. You can't learn Kung Fu in a day! Sure the space is small. Is it any better than going to a mall, parking and walking to the kiosk? I'd rather pull into a free spot across the street, grab my tea and do the snoopy dance of happiness. Kung Fu tea. Get some!

Closest bubble tea in this area, decent amount of options. Inconsistent taste though, sometimes it is very good, sometimes it isn't. Oreo wow milk tea is good. Slushes are a bit too icy. Honey oolong tea tastes good as well

Came here in Saturday and there seems to be only one person working so even tho it wasn't a long line we had to wait quite a while for our drinks. The coconut milk tea was good but very sweet. Hubby said his milk tea wasn't anything to rave about. I also ordered the pinapple sunshine tea which was my favorite with bits of pineapple on the bottom.

Pros: The boba is good and has a nice chew to it. It's nice that you can choose your ice and sugar preferences. They have a large menu that includes tea, milk tea, and dairy free options. Cons: I was excited to find out that a new bubble tea shoppe had opened. Bubble tea isn't very common on Long Island so I was hoping to find a new place to get my bubble tea fix. I ordered the Oreo Milk Strike. I have to say, this wasn't what I was expecting. The bubble tea was mostly Lactaid milk with crushed oreos. If this was a milk shake it would have been great but drinking soggy Oreos was not what I was hoping for. I wanted to give this place another chance so I came back the following week to try a classic taro. The taro milk tea was fine but didn't taste like the taro that I know and love. Is a place good because it's the only one of its kind? This is something I'll be thinking about.

So nice to have a really good bubble tea place in town! If you blink, you'll drive right past it. It's a very small building in between DP Dough and the restaurant on the corner. Right now it's just outdoor ordering on the side of the building. Nice quality tea, accurate order. I'll definitely be back for my share of bubble tea!

Guys, legit milk tea is finally making its way east of Flushing. I'm not saying KFT is the end-all, be-all, but it's solid in both flavor and texture. I also don't want to salt Bambu's game, but I feel like they're much more about their slushies and smoothies than about milk tea. Give me a place that uses real tea AND real milk, I'll pick it anytime. So, please, I implore you to support this establishment, if only to bring better cuisine closer to campus. As for actual recommendations: really any milk tea is good. You can customize your sweetness and ice level. I enjoy their taro, the Kung Fu Tea namesake and winter melon. Seriously, it's much better than the powdery water you get at most places.

Awesome bubble tea! My boyfriend and I both got taro slushes with bubble and they were awesome! We both commented on how good and fresh the bubbles tasted. I got mine with 70% sugar but I think next time I'll do 50%. The flavor was awesome, I love frozen milk tea. My reasoning in giving them 4/5 stars is because of a few things. For one, the wait for our tea was very long and we were the only ones there. The other reason is because of the price, we both got larges and added bubble into them, but they weren't very big and it was almost $16, which is pretty expensive.

Finally, a good bubble tea spot in Suffolk! I was so happy to see they're open during COVID- they have a window you can order and grab your drinks from. I went with Taro and pearls- they have a lot of different flavors so I will definitely be coming back for more bubble tea fixes!

Every time I come here I get different drinks and they are always so good! So far the almond milk tea is my favorite! I highly recommend going to Kung Fu Tea it's really a nice afternoon treat that's different from the typical coffee spots.

The most amazing drink place! I enjoy the drinks so mush, I could go twice a day every day for everything I like. Mango smoothly with popping bubbles or tapioca bubbles is my favorite but there are many more I try and have them. The order widow is on the side because the restaurant is not open from COVID YET. There are so many toppings like jelly? Pieces of fruit. So good. Drinks are a little spendy. One drink can cost you $8+. Their teas are delicious so even though you wait standing in a dirt alley to order ( no parking )you don't care because they are making everything delicious for you.

This location is fairly new and close to home. The restaurant is so beautiful, bright and clean. The staff is just amazing, and very friendly. There is more than enough seating for you to dine in and grab something quick from the hot bar / salad bar. They have such a large variety of meals to choose from in the store in case you don't have time to order and choose your meals online. I highly recommend HFIT if you are looking for a meal prep company. The meals are not high in sodium they are fresh and taste delicious. So far every meal I have tried have been less then 500 calories and very filling. They also have Muffins, snacks and breakfast meals. Some of my favorite meals are Bistro Filet Steak, Chicken fajita golden rice bowl, and Chicken Souvlaki.

Unlike the Holbrook location though this one is not Mediterranean centered. They have different bowl options for you to make yourself with different proteins & toppings (see photos). While I haven't taken the opportunity to dine in yet I have tried a few of the frozen meal options which I'll review below: -Spicy Buffalo Wrap: 4/5 -Crispy Buffalo Wrap: 3.5/5 -Soho Steak Bowl:3.5/5 -Chicken & Jalapeño Quesadilla:4/5 -Spicy Chicken Flat/Wrap:3/5 I haven't been super impressed with any of the take away meals, BUT they are super convenient and seem to be relatively healthy. There's a large variety of things to try which is nice and they all have nutritional value and ingredients on the labels. The only thing I'll mention is that the heating instructions are the same for everything we've gotten so far and 2minutes on a wrap is much different than 2 minutes on a steak bowl. One of the wraps basically turned to a mushy mess. Overall I'm happy with the variety and convenience of getting meals here for a fair price. If they were more than $10 each I'd probably hesitate a bit but for what you're paying I think it's a good value.

Bubble tea flavors are ones that you will not find elsewhere. For example a kiwi flavored tea. Sounds strange but was delightful! Also tried their spring rolls, 2 piece. Beautifully executed and the sauce is was dynamite. Please don't try to buy that same type of peanut sauce in store, you will be disappointed. Have not yet tried more of their food dishes, but if the spring rolls are any sign then their food will be astounding. It's like there is an old Thai lady working in the back cooking up her secret recipes. Front of the house staff isn't the friendliest, well at least not the guy that was there when I went. But who cares! It's all about the teas and the food. Please visit and share your experience!

My last visit (Friday afternoon) I ordered a Medium Wintermelon Milk Tea (you can get it without the milk), Grilled Chicken Garlic Noodles and a Grilled Shrimp Rice Bowl. Everything was delicious and very flavorful though I felt the Garlic Noodles were a bit on the saltier side and the Wintermelon Milk Tea was a bit too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth). There were a lot of flavorful chicken pieces and the shrimp came with about 7-8 pieces, also very flavorful. They have 3 different sauces that I was given since I was eating there and just returned it to the counter once done. My favorite of the 3 was the more liquidy one though they all tasted great. The place is located in a strip mall with a lot of free parking. There's some seating inside and one small table outside. It's spacious and clean. They have great background music playing and their unisex bathroom is spacious and clean as well. The food came out in a reasonable time and the staff (I'm assuming maybe the owners) were also very pleasant.
