She admitted she wasn't sure but pointed me to the aisle she suspected it would be in. 5 minutes later I'm in that aisle looking when she approaches me and explains that she asked another employee who is more familiar and then spent a minute helping me locate it. Great customer service which is sadly too rare these days. The positive and experience continued at checkout. Again long lines and grumpy customers but the woman assisting at self checkout was upbeat, positive, and helping keep everyone moving along.
