They allow up to ten minutes being late, after that you do have to reschedule. I think that's perfectly acceptable as they are busy! You can leave messages for the schedule to call back or leave a message with the nurse staff to call you back of you have general questions. The only issue I have ever had was in the pharmacy. The pharmacy contract with our insurance was not renewed and we had to have the prescription transferred. I recommend going to this facility. The facility is clean and the staff considerate.
