For 100 people??? The first thing to run out was the rice. The portion size is extremely small and I wouldn't recommend them for large events unless you are feeding children. I'll let the menu speak for itself: Passed appetizers: - Strawberry and pineapple skewers - Coconut shrimp with marmalade - Brie and mushroom in pastry cup with mango chutney - Kalua pork pot stickers with BBQ sauce - plus a terrific sushi and sashimi bar. Dinner stations: - "Island Favorites Buffet." Kalbi ribs, macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi with passionfruit beurre blanc, wasabi potato casserole, and sugar snap peas with sesame and ginger. - "Carving Station and Salads."
