They have the ability to restrict orders from going through on the app when a location is close but I believe they choose not to because they know most people won't go through what it takes to get a refund, especially since it takes days or weeks to hear back after submitting a survey and even then they only respond 1/2 the time. I am convinced this is a way to make money and save product. Certainly there is a shortage of workers, but that does not explain why they consistently leave the app open to accept orders, knowing that the restaurants are closed. The app should have a way to cancel your order or request a refund. Seems premeditated and it must be illegal at this point.
