I will continue to update my review each good experience I have with this location. I purchased a new tank a month ago, was time to purchase a new coil, so I dropped in to pick one up, unfortunately the coil I recieved was not the coil I wanted but was my mistake because I was in a bit of a rush. Had an extremely hard time vaping on it, so I called today and spoke to Megan, told her what was going on and she concluded I got a bad coil from the factory. She swapped it out with the coil I originally wanted and set the tank back up for me and all is well. She was punctual, polite and honest. She did more than she needed to to make sure my set up was correct. It's employees like her, former employee Chris and somewhere up the chain now employee Derek that make this location great. I use the lincolnton location frequently for juices because it is right down the road from my house, but it always a pleasure to come to Denver and to this store. Keep up the great work! read more

I checked this place out as I was running low on liquid and cartridges and thought I would take a look at a brick and mortar vape store before placing another V2 order. I'm glad I did. This is a nice little shop and the two women who were working the counter were very nice. When they saw the state of my current e-cig battery they offered me a free replacement if I agreed to let them show mercy and kill my old battery. They probably just tossed the old battery but I'd like to think somewhere behind the store there was some kind of memorial service with kind words. These girls do not like messed up batteries. I also bought some e-liquid mix of cherries & cream and cotton candy that is awesome. I'll definitely go again. read more

Always a good experience going into the Denver store. I am there usually once a day around lunch and store is always clean comfortable to sit around dont feel pressured that you have to buy and leave. The staff is Awesome Amanda / Kyle and crew do an awesome job on keeping shelves stocked and helping customers keeping them coming back and kicking the smoking habit. Amanda sold me my first Ego kit about 8 months ago and helped me kick the habit by suggesting juice that made me not want cigarette. Kyle helped me with my first mod and atty about 4 or 5 months ago and they both know their product and how to use it. I recommend that anyone looking to kick the habit go see them in the Denver Store!!!! read more

I have been a regular visitor since October 2013. I keep coming back because when I was learning what I was doing Amanda was so helpful and informative that I became loyal quick. Not to mention I have been to other shops in Greensboro Winston Salem and Charlotte and haven't been nearly impressed with the level of friendliness help or flavors. Store is clean nice and new but location is hard to get in and out of. Amanda is the greatest really knows her stuff if she ain't the manager she should be me my mother and father don't trust anyone else other than her been smoking for over 15 years went to the vapor about a year ago if it wasn't for Amanda I would be smoking again been Givin the wrong equipment and advice and she has always fixed it. read more

This is a great place to get your vape liquids and electronics to go with. The staff is very friendly and so knowledgeable of all of their products.
