What i don't understand is why is this place charging me a custom tip they put themselves for a TO GO order i had placed early this evening... Tip is supposed to be optional if i wanted to and usually when i eat at a restaurant that's serving me. This is beyond embarrassing for them that they would feel ENTITLED to a customer's wallet without their consent, at any cost really. I will never eat here again. This is fraud and weird behavior charging me at 1130pm. you guys aren't embarrassed?

Pretty good place to go to grab some sushi. Conveyor belt style is a pretty cool way to enjoy your food. You can also order anything you want off the menu which is always helpful. Overall, expectations are met for presentation, service, and flavor. For a couple bucks, they do a really good miso soup as well, which I enjoy.

    Uni taste so good!!

The quality of the food is questionable! We ate there last night and are positive we got food poisoning from the fish! It used to be one of our favorite sushi spots up until recently. Within the past year this place has gone down hill a with the food quality and prices are ridiculous.

One of my favorite go to spots for much! I love that I can get a little bit of everything & it's really inexpensive. The deep fried jalapeño has to be my favorite! The location is one of the best!! Right by the water so it calls for a nice walk after eating. Customer service is always great & everyone is greater upon entering. Wouldn't recommend for large groups as it is a smaller location.

For what this place offers, the food is great. My favorite roll is the seared salmon roll. Some of their basic rolls are pretty good to! Service was also good. Only reason why this is not 5 stars is because I had to remind them about a roll I ordered because they must've forgot to put it in. I would recommend going early and if you do come later in the day/night, be prepared to wait.

They forgot to put crab in the California roll... quality has gotten so bad it's not worth buying it anymore

Overall, the fish quality is really fresh & the prices are pretty solid. I would recommend getting the Salmon , as it's really good & affordable. Ultimately, most of the rolls have an artificial crab, base and are differentiated by the topping fish, so the taste can get pretty repetitive. I would recommend coming for the salmon, but other places have better variety!

No vegetarian options. It's so easy to make a few veggie rolls with avocado, tofu, mushrooms, daikon, inari, etc.

When they opened many years ago, there was a lot of well-deserved local buzz. From stunning decor to one of the longest sushi conveyor belts I've ever seen, it was worth a visit just for the visuals. But the food and service were inconsistent, and I ended up never going back after my first few tries. Fast forward to the other night, my daughter and I did a mini "sushi hop" and ended up here. I have to say, I was pretty darn impressed! The conveyor belt was still just as long, and the ginormous sculpture (imported from Thailand IIRC) was still looming over the place. But they seem to have settled into their groove after so many years in business here in the Ham. We enjoyed a variety of options from the belt, including a few tasty rolls, as well as some nigiri ordered off the menu. Everything was fresh, hearty, and delish. I thought the prices weren't too bad, either. I will definitely look forward to visiting here again next time I'm having a sushi craving. I do want to say something about the service, as I noticed some recent reviews have mentioned problems in this area. On our visit, our server was very responsive and the special menu items we ordered came out quickly. So, at least on this particular night, there were no issues for us. Hopefully they're working on this!

The vibe was relaxed and a nice busy buzz inside, everyone seemed in good spirits. They have an all you can eat menu and a la carte. We decided to go a la carte for the specialty rolls. We started with miso and seaweed salad which were perfect starters. Followed by the Sunshine Roll, Crazy Monkey Roll and Yummy Roll. All came out fresh and fast. Pricing wasn't too bad! Immediate seating, but waited 6 mins before someone brought us a menus and water. We asked to be seated at sushi bar, but for some reason was "not allowed". Hubby ordered a Caterpillar roll and spicy tuna roll. I myself ordered a shrimp tempura roll with spicy tuna on top. It took over 22 mins to get food with only 2 other couples by us. No wait staff other than a single older woman that could not understand English well. Food came finally and it did not look like the usual Ahi tuna used in spicy tuna. It was grey, slimy and had a horrible rotten smell to it. It was like cat food smeared on top of rice. Asked waitress what kind of tuna it was. She had no idea. It took her over 10 mins to return. I just ate off hubbys plate. Finally I got up myself and went to sushi chef. I explained in all my years of sushi that the fish was rotten and he should not serve whatever kind of tuna it was. I asked to have him make me a spicy tuna roll out of Ahi. Red flag #2-12 mins later Older waitress came back with 4 pieces of Ahi on a small plate. I told her I asked for a Spicy tuna roll. Red flag #3-8 mins later, roll came back. Hubby had already left to get our seat at Harry's. Fish was warm, not clean tasting and I knew I would be chancing an all nighter at the toilet . I'm a diabetic and needed to eat to bring up blood sugars. I would highly recommend NOT eating here. Go to Nobu sushi instead around the corner. Sorry no pictures as I was disgusted and in a rush to get out of there.
