How great is it that we finally have a full-time dog grooming business in downtown Waterloo? It's been much needed and even better, they've taken care of us before at another business so it's great to have an experienced, familiar groomer much closer to home and with reasonable prices. I brought my black lab Tucker for the first time yesterday! They did an amazing job at Ku's Groom! They were very welcoming, friendly, and showed Tucker love as soon as we got there! Their pricing is very good and it's local so I don't have to drive far anymore for a good groomer! I already scheduled our cat to get groomed next month! I took 2 large dogs (Rottweiler and Rottweiler mix) for the works and a medium dog (chihuahua mix) for nails. Devon was the groomer and did a phenomenal job! They are soft, nails are short and nice, they got treatment for dry skin etc... I highly recommend ku's groom, nice people and they did a great job! read more

Devon is amazing! My 80 pound German Shepherd is anxious and reactive, Devin is the only groomer that she hasn't given a hard time and I think that is because he is always patient with her and she knows that she can trust him. I'm so glad that they opened their business and I can not recommend it enough! read more
