I purchased a very awesome marble topped dresser, an antique storage locker of which someone along the way made a wrought iron raised support for it, a very nifty little end stand, a mid-size real Italian leather couch( tags still attached to the underside informed me of this...genuine, yes ), an oval coffee table w/glass top cut to fit...made of mahogany & cherry , and a very nice and modern full size table lamp which I got for a friend of mine. I am more than pleased that I was able to give my new home the look I desired, not to mention that all of the furniture was delivered on the day and time agreed upon....still part of my $500 budget. The individual that made all this happen was truly patient with me and none the less acted professional, while caring for my particular needs, Shawn. When I arrived later that day, Ernesto greeted me at the store and spent the next 2+ hours patiently answering all of my questions, showing me various sofa options throughout the showroom and clearly explaining how the delivery process works. I wound up ordering the Briar sleeper sofa in royale peacock velvet and it delivered a few weeks later, a bit earlier than expected, which was awesome. The color is gorgeous, the texture is so luxurious, and it's durable enough to handle my kids and dog. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this couch and truly wouldn't change a thing. Also Juan with the delivery service went absolutely above and beyond getting this incredibly heavy piece of furniture moved into my apartment via stairs. No small feat, he was amazing and so friendly and positive. What little disarray there was seemed clearly a result of shoppers that day, and not continued lack of maintenance. I will say it really blows waiting in line. Security was posted in the lobby to keep an eye on people who might try to steal tools or who knows what else However, I had a great experience. I got an email letting me know that my item was ready for pick up and I made the trip on a Saturday evening. I was greeted at the customer service pick up desk by a great young lady with an infectious smile and a great attitude. She had my item ready, helped me get it onto a cart and I took it outside without incident. Her and the other cashier that I interacted with were both very positive and I had a great interaction with both of them. I will not hesitate to come back.

With some trepidation, we ordered over 1,000 pounds of gravel in 22 bags. We're seniors and we needed the gravel delivered as close to the landscape area where it would be placed, as was possible. This required navigating a narrow driveway, while carefully avoiding ornate brickwork, mature tree branches and various shrubs and perennials. Not only did Lowe's send our delivery driver, Jerry, equipped with a forklift, uniquely engineered to manage difficult terrain and tight spaces, but Jerry was perhaps the most capable, skillful, caring and kind delivery person I've ever encountered. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, and then skillfully fulfilled our hoped for objective, doing so with remarkable care. The store is on the smaller side, but it was nice to check out the different merch they sell here, ranging from smaller items, such as pins and key chains to sake sets and pots. I would say that if there's someone in your life who loves Japanese items or trends, Muto Design store is a great place for getting said person a gift from here.
