I forget who referred me to this place, but I thought I would have a look for myself, and I'm so glad that I did, for I came away with more than what I expected...and within my budget. I purchased a very awesome marble topped dresser, an antique storage locker of which someone along the way made a wrought iron raised support for it, a very nifty little end stand, a mid-size real Italian leather couch( tags still attached to the underside informed me of this...genuine, yes ), an oval coffee table w/glass top cut to fit...made of mahogany & cherry , and a very nice and modern full size table lamp which I got for a friend of mine. I am more than pleased that I was able to give my new home the look I desired, not to mention that all of the furniture was delivered on the day and time agreed upon....still part of my $500 budget. The individual that made all this happen was truly patient with me and none the less acted professional, while caring for my particular needs, Shawn. When I arrived later that day, Ernesto greeted me at the store and spent the next 2+ hours patiently answering all of my questions, showing me various sofa options throughout the showroom and clearly explaining how the delivery process works. I wound up ordering the Briar sleeper sofa in royale peacock velvet and it delivered a few weeks later, a bit earlier than expected, which was awesome. The color is gorgeous, the texture is so luxurious, and it's durable enough to handle my kids and dog. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this couch and truly wouldn't change a thing. Also Juan with the delivery service went absolutely above and beyond getting this incredibly heavy piece of furniture moved into my apartment via stairs. No small feat, he was amazing and so friendly and positive. Soooo happy with my sofa (and matching ottoman), the Seattle showroom experience with Ernesto and the other lovely, friendly staff I encountered there, and the quality delivery experience. LOVE!

The spots are kind of small but if you park further away it isn't as crowded. I really appreciated how well sorted everything was. The men's shoes, women's lingerie, and all the housewares aisles seemed very organized. What little disarray there was seemed clearly a result of shoppers that day, and not continued lack of maintenance. I will say it really blows waiting in line. The day I came they only had customer service stands open, so everyone checking out was waiting for much longer returns to occur before they could take the next guest.

This required navigating a narrow driveway, while carefully avoiding ornate brickwork, mature tree branches and various shrubs and perennials. Not only did Lowe's send our delivery driver, Jerry, equipped with a forklift, uniquely engineered to manage difficult terrain and tight spaces, but Jerry was perhaps the most capable, skillful, caring and kind delivery person I've ever encountered. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, and then skillfully fulfilled our hoped for objective, doing so with remarkable care.
