One hour and 20 minutes go by with no phone call, nothing. So I call the number simply to ask where my order is. The guy picks up with an attitude, screaming on the phone, then abruptly says he is going to transfer me to his secretary who then picks up the phone and starts to scream at me and tell me that they didn't send at the order because they had to explain to me about a minimum order even though i have ordered and paid a minimum order. Basically to summarize, these people think that there clients are morons and that you are stupid for even calling them. This place literally disgusts me! shame on you lady! I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know never to order from this greedy shitty customer service ego rude maniacs!!! read more

used kushfly for the first time this past weekend. prices were a bit high (lowest for a gram is like $18 which is kinda sad because it's regular grade but anyway). Anyway, the site says "to your door in under an hour." don't take this literally. after an hour passed i called. the lady i spoke with was super nice, told me the delivery guy had just turned onto my street. sweet! thirty minutes later.... nothing. i call back and she says he is nearby. THEN 10 min later i get a text saying he just started driving towards me and will be there in 20 minutes. LOL. I call back to complain/cancel because at this point i've been waiting almost two hours. she tells me to just wait. unimpressed, quite honestly. the delivery guy and receptionist were both nice but i don't agree with lying to patients about when their delivery will show up. i'm not going to use this service anymore. can find way cheaper and better quality for less hassle elsewhere. read more
