I ordered an ounce of what they call "exotic" . Received a jar with a strong taste of pesticides. Keep in mind an ounce of weed isn't cheap. I have had to exchange jars of weed before because the weed was not good . They never had an issue exchanging it since it is a part of their policy. For some reason now they don't want to stand by their policy and refuse to answer me via text or email on their website. They give an excuse talking about what they call "exotic" being greenhouse weed. But it's in the "exotic" section !? It sucks because I have referred people to them and they get crappy weed too. Derrick the GM might try to respond to this post to rectify this situation like he has tried before, but what he personally inspected and sent out to me was low grade weed when I paid for exotic. Always good bud and prices, but customer service and communication in my experience have been hit-or-miss. It usually takes 3-4 hours to receive my order, with no communication between the time I order and the time they arrive at my door. They're unresponsive to the number the website says to text sometimes too. I have been promised "extras" for my inconvenience on a couple occasions, but haven't gotten anything lol. Beware! This delivery service is super shady. A few days ago I placed an order, waited two hours and then finally had to email them to ask what's going on. I get a response back telling me they didn't see the order and that they'd rush something over. Unfortunately I was no longer able to wait and had to cancel. Then two days later, against my better judgement, I decide to call them back and try again. Their site offers $150 ounces of Jack Herer so that's what I order. Because of the mix up on my first attempt they offer to knock off $20 and throw in an edible. So I put in the order and they get a driver out pretty quickly. However, I ordered an ounce of JACK HERER that supposedly tests at 26% thc. What I got looks and smells like outdoor ditch weed. Seriously, I've trimmed before and couldn't believe how terrible these buds look. There's no denying that they delivered me an ounce of weed but they absolutely did not deliver JACK HERER. What I got looks like some of the most garbage looking marijuana I've ever purchased. And the potency is not even close to 26%. I smoked an entire blunt of this trash and not only felt very little effect but wanted to go to sleep immediately. Jack Herer is an incredibly strong sativa and it definitely doesn't make me want to pass out immediately. I got hit by Balloon Room. And I haven't even mentioned the edible they threw in. No expiration date on the package and when I opened it the edibles were melted into a clump at the bottom. The edibles they sent me weren't even edible. Buyer beware. This is more than likely an unlicensed operation that's selling bullshit and ripping people off until they get shut down. Save your money and buy from somewhere reputable. Balloon Room isn't even on Weedmaps. Shady AF. UPDATE: the pics below are from the text conversation I had with someone from Balloon Room after I reached out to them about the situation.
