I got my bellybutton piercing done here three months ago and I've been taking care of it nonstop doing daily cleaning care on it and showering. But it got infected and kept getting infected overtime even after cleaning it several times throughout the day. Turns out that the person who did my piercing did it super uneven and made it diagonal instead of straight, and because of that, it's a lot more difficult to clean it properly. Me and my boyfriend politely asked if we could have a refund and they denied our request and said that they could pierce it again once it's healed (not for free). I've been in excruciating pain because of this bs And they can't even refund 90$ back to me Bs. :/ I don't recommend whatsoever.

They will respect what you want as long as it is safe and will save you money when they can. They are quick while still being efficient in their work, when it gets busier. I'd say my overall favorite thing about this place is the honesty. They won't push you to buy something else just because they will make more money. I booked an appointment that night and went back two days later to get it. My artist was Sam. He made the process super fast and easy and I seriously didn't feel any pain. For those wondering about pricing, I'm sure it varies, but mine cost $75 (I got "opportunities." in typewriter font on my left arm and it's about 5 in. long), which I think is a pretty good deal.
