We trusted Roxanne with an important tattoo for my spouse, and while she initially did a good job, things quickly went downhill. She wasn't familiar with tooled leather designs, so as a digital creator, I custom-designed the tooled leather piece myself to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, she completely butchered the tattoo, to the point that we had to go to another artist just to fix her mistakes and finish the tattoo. To make matters worse, she has since used MY ORIGINAL DESIGN on other clients without my permission. This is not only unprofessional but also completely unethical. I would strongly advise anyone considering Roxanne at 405 Ink to think twice before trusting them with meaningful or custom work. Might not truly be custom. read more

I scheduled a session with Miguel in OKC a few months back. Called the day before to verify everything and they scheduled me at the wrong location so i had to drive to Dallas to get this done, Which i did. Next session i did, I gave him this stencil. Noticed right away that something was very wrong with the crowns. Asked him if he could fix them, no reply or answer what so ever and refused to fix anything. Very poor communication from the start and now have to get it fixed by another artist in OKC. Very bad experience overall and payed $3700 in total for a half sleeve that looks cartoonish. You would think for that kind of money, the service and attention to detail would be extremely high. I guess you don't get what you pay for here. Lesson learned. read more

I went in for a scheduled tattoo 3 weeks ago and the artist gave me his number if I had any issues with it after it healed. The leaves didn't look right so I text him, and we went back and forth a couple of times trying to reschedule until he just stopped responding. Completely unprofessional and I will not go back. I reached out to 405 Ink for a quote on a tattoo and it clearly was not something that they were interested in doing as they quoted me $3000 for a very simple shoulder tattoo similar to the one attached below. I have had other quotes in the range of $400- $500. #unimpressed read more

What ended up on my body wasn't the stencil I know I saw, and I'm in the process of getting a coverup that's costing me in the thousands. Hands down the best shop in Oklahoma! Shop is Clean/ and sanitary they follow all the precautions in dealing with COVID-19. I myself have a large portion of my body covered my Miguel witch is the best in the state at realism and detail. Also have had som script and smaller pieces done by Cali *Fernando as well, he's also done quite a few of my friends work and all my GFs recent work. You won't find a better shop with better artist. So... this place jus takes your deposit, sets an appt, then will cancel appt telling you there isn't enough booths due to remodeling (which when they took deposit this was not mentioned) then ignores calls & gives you the run around and never refund your money.. so basically will keep your deposit.. Very solid work, arguably one of the best in Oklahoma in terms of quality; however, their basic customer service is far below average. I tried to schedule a full day appointment with Miguel, they said they wern't doing full days, and would have to do two half day sessions for 1700 a piece, ok no problem. Couple days later they're offering $1000 1 day sessions with Miguel, i messages them ten minutes after the post when only 2 people had liked it so far, and they immediately told me it was booked. So I hopped on my friends insta and messaged them a hour later and they had no problem booking an appointment. My requests were basic, I give a several hundred dollar down payment to draw the tattoo ahead of time so I can see it. And I wanted Miguel because his art style fit what I wanted. I don't even want to give this place a star. I went on the website and planned a date and time to meet with Miguel. The day I am supposed to meet with him, I show up at the shop just to be told he wasn't there that day, but if I put $100 down that would guarantee me a chair 3 weeks from that date. I scheduled the date and gave them $200 to show good faith. I get to the day of the tattoo, and receive a text from Gabriel aka Cali an hour and a half before the appointment saying he would have to reschedule because he forgot he had court. I told him I was fine with that. 8 hours later he never texted me back. The shop still had my $200 but failed to reschedule or tell me anything. I texted the number that they have you text, so they don't have to speak to a real person. I told them what happened and that I would like another artist because Gabriel flaked on me at the last second. They kept telling me they were talking to Miguel, and he would do the tattoo for me because everyone was booked for the next month. I then receive a text from Gabriel asking for my cash app info, and he sent the $200 back to me. I never heard anything else from the shop. They never even did a consultation visit with me, which is what I signed up for on the website. Don't bother giving them business because they clearly don't want it. read more

Sadly some of the worst customer service. Not professional. Artist couldn't be bothered to talk with me about the art I wanted and the number you text for an appointment never confirmed. No idea how anyone ever gets work done here outside of artist's friends or walk ins. Sad because the art looks great but not worth the prices to be treated that way. read more

I'm very unhappy with the owner and my tattoo artist Miguel. I have had 2 sessions with him. The second session was to finish up my original tattoo design and it was like a totally different artist showed up on the 2nd appt. He left parts of my piece unfinished and tattooed some lightening on me that looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like any other pics of tattoos he has on his Instagram page. When confronted about him fixing it he refuses to text, call or DM me back on Instagram. Furthermore, I put down a $200 deposit to schedule my first appt, then that deposit got moved to my 2nd appt to hold it and after the 2nd appt it was never applied to my final balance nor has it ever been refunded to me. I have even made a trip down to 405Ink in person and even though Miguel's vehicle was in the parking lot he "wasn't there". Extremely POOR and COMPLETELY unprofessional. Not a way to run a business. I'm in the process of now talking to an attorney to see what my rights are in this situation. Would not recommend Miguel to anyone! read more
