As she was shampooing me I said, "I like to have two shampoos please." Her reply,"you know if you are going to keep telling me what to do I don't know if I want to do your hair.I was stunned. I said, "That's ok, just finish the shampoo and I'll go home." No , I will never go back to this place of business. It is very unprofessional!

I went to a different salon one week prior and everything that could have gone wrong did. Bad cut with poorly integrated layers, wrong colour, and over-processed highlights. I was wearing the ponytail of shame all week trying to figure out what could be done to fix my hair. After a consultation with Marina, she provided me with an option that would take my hair to a look I confidently wear while growing it out, and with the least amount of additional damage. When she was fixing my hair Marina explained everything she was going to do before doing it, which really put me at ease, and detailed the costs for each process.
