It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. I was in & out in less than 20mins. Highly recommend, especially for avid waxers. ENTER FREELY, they've been Approved:)

I had seen all the good reviews before going, and dismissed it while I was there, and I was in and out so quickly and I was mostly hairless after, so at FIRST I was like ok well she did a good job and it was fast. Professionals, convenient location, convenient appointment times, and availability for scheduling. I have had appointments with both Linh and more recently, Christiane. Easily and quickly responded to my questions after the booking via text. I even arrived a bit early for my scheduled appointment so I could find the place. Located in an office building. She has a shared suite with other business, but her suite is posted so was able to find it. She was ready and waiting for me. She has a large studio suite which is nice. She was friendly and attentive and she even had an after care instruction card for me to take home after my visit. Which I appreciated. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service. She even told me about her own reward program she has, which is nice. I am definitely coming back. Love supporting black owned businesses. Give her a try.
