My beef is that when I went to Walmart today, that same rod/reel was selling there for $45. The selection alone keeps me coming back here pretty frequently even though a bait and tackle store is across the street from my house. This store is a bit on the pricier side compared to the other stores close by near by but its certainly the most stocked and one of the largest you will find. I called the store phone number three separate times to notify staff of my arrival, and each time I was left on hold for an extended period without anyone ever picking up. After waiting and attempting to follow the proper curbside protocol, I was eventually forced to abandon the "curbside" aspect entirely and walk into the store myself to retrieve the items. The entire point of choosing curbside pickup is for convenience and efficiency; having to go inside after being ignored on the phone is the opposite of that. This process was poorly managed and a waste of my time. I hope you can review your curbside staffing or phone procedures so other customers don't have to deal with the same headache.
