I utilized the ordering kiosk to put in an order for my breakfast croissant. Its easy to use. Within 10 minutes my egg, cheese and bacon was ready. The checkout was easy and staff was great! I opted to get some hot food. I don't have a Sheetz in my area so it was a nice change from the Wawa menu, but I didn't really think the food was any better. I've come across several die-hard Sheetz fans who always swore I would find Sheetz to be a game-changer. It was fast, fried, and tasty. Overall it's a great spot to stop during your travels.

In terms of the food I've had it all at this location - subs, shakes, salads, sandwiches, apps, etc. All of which have been made well and quickly. Their staff is the best of the local Sheetz stores, and really in terms of food execution, second to none. When I get a meatball with cheese, the cheese is UNDER THE MEATBALLS so when it's wrapped the paper doesn't pull off the cheese. Other Sheetz stores struggle with the concept. Lifelong customer. And it will stay that way.

Bottom line: This Sheetz was not as much of a showy-showy as some bigger, snazzier Sheetz I've been told about. So I will eventually try to stop at one of the new Sheetz that are popping up all over Columbus, Ohio, then I'll have a better grasp on this chain. Roger, the owner of this place, came out and took a look under my car, and started working on it immediately, and after 2 hours, my car was back to normal. And the price was really good. Last time I had the same issue, I fixed it in Baltimore, and they charged me 3 times more than this place did, and I think it is the same location too. Roger took out my exhaust pipe and welded it really nicely, and he even said he could have done better job fixing it but he didn't have the right pipe for it. I really appreciate his honesty, and if I ever have any more trouble with my car (knock on wood), I will be driving to this place, even though it is 2 hours away!!!!!

The two issues I had were (1) the low level of customer service and (2) the pricing. The first issue is when I asked if they had a particular item - AFTER LOOKING MYSELF - the girl simply stared at me like I was a moron. Hey- sorry to bother you. I'll let you get back to pushing back your cuticles at the counter and daydreaming out the window. The second issue pertains to the prices which, even though they are a corporation - seemed really high for me in terms of other places I have been to. I don't know if rent is really high in the area, or they have to pay a hefty amount for the items - but it just felt like I was paying out of my nose for everyday items.

They are not even that busy! No matter how much you communicate about a specific prescription and follow their directions you will still not get the correct one. Staff are nice, but there are some major issues with this pharmacy. Not the store itself, but the pharmacy. Even after a couple years of mistakes YEARS that is right I finally talked to the pharmacy manager and she was not the best at managerial interactions with the people that have been having the issues. She just made excuses. Acted like the she really did not care if we went to another pharmacy. Out of pure frustration I called Walgreens Corporate and they did contact the pharmacy, however issues still exist. One after the other. At this point I am leaving and looking for another pharmacy. Almost 3 years of pharmacy hell. I just will not longer give any corporation my money because they do not care!
