Week went by and took it in on Monday 11/6/23 and my brother was told 400 everything included in front of his workers..maybe for except for taxes. bring it back Tuesday 11/7/23 Took it in Tues Morning and Chris was out all morning. I wanted to talk with him before repair. I got a call from chris saying the car was repaired and it was $472 far from 400 + taxes maybe 422.00 so where did an extra $50 come from???? I think it's very inappropiate and extremely unprefessional to quote someone and say it's all included and then find out from the bill it was an additional $50. If you have been in business for years one should know what it's going to be charged or within $20. I ask a lady there to have Chris call me to talk about the bill...I never got a call back. It shows how unimportant customers become once he has your money. I think this was very bad business like and I just hope his work is as good as what he charged. Relationships are built on HONESTY !! NOT changing your mind when creating the bill. Thinking about getting it inspected by a "Certified" mechanic. i live in manassas va , my wife was traveling alone she had a flat tire ,i called them to ask them…read moreif they had any used tires , very nice young lady answer the phone and took down my information so she could call me bqck to see if they had that tire available , 15 minutes passed and called me back to let me know they had my size , i sent my wife with my kids there , as soon as she got there was very helpful & great tire , and it took no longer than 20 minutes to get them safely back on the road ! my wife did not have to ask the mechanic to put her spare back where it was , he did it right after replacing the tire ...... i would recommend this place to anyone in need of help sometimes small businesses are the best may god bless them

I made my own wrap with grilled chicken as the protein. While it was tasty, the amount of extra tortilla was quite significant; I ended up tearing away probably a fourth of the circular tortilla wrap. The guts of the wrap where good; nothing special. I did have a few of their fries, and they were great. Not quite skinny enough to be "shoestring", but definitely skinnier than, say, McDonalds fries. Hot and fresh, perfectly lightly salted. Bottom line: This Sheetz was not as much of a showy-showy as some bigger, snazzier Sheetz I've been told about. So I will eventually try to stop at one of the new Sheetz that are popping up all over Columbus, Ohio, then I'll have a better grasp on this chain. Till then, I'm definitely sticking with Wawa when traveling!!

I have the Sheetz app on my phone and use it to order food ahead all the time (mainly at other locations). I ordered a simple salad at 3:45PM on a Saturday. I arrived at 4:10PM and paid and alerted I was an online order. The order wasn't prepared and then attitude was given to me for asking. So then- 10min went by and I still stood there. THE OBJECT OF THE ORDER VIA APP IS TO GET THE ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL - AND HOPEFULLY WITHIN A HALF HOUR TIMEFRAME! This Sheetz is by far, the WORST location in the tri-state of not the mid-Atlantic region. Manager should be ashamed.

In terms of the location - it is off the beaten path but a good place to stop for gas or food before say heading to Pittsburgh, Bedford (back way), Frostburg etc. Many of the sheetz stores in this area have been remodeled, made bigger, updated- but this location still has the early 90's feel to it with modest upgrades that space allows. In terms of the food I've had it all at this location - subs, shakes, salads, sandwiches, apps, etc. All of which have been made well and quickly. Their staff is the best of the local Sheetz stores, and really in terms of food execution, second to none. When I get a meatball with cheese, the cheese is UNDER THE MEATBALLS so when it's wrapped the paper doesn't pull off the cheese. Other Sheetz stores struggle with the concept. Lifelong customer. And it will stay that way.
