very nice people bad car wash! left my truck covered in soap! would not recommend looks about the same as when I brought it in!

I went expecting my car to be cleaner after I left. I spent 1 1/2 hours & $65. The floors were haphazardly vacuumed. The edges & under the mats or edges under the seats were not vacuumed. I don't expect the entire under the seat but the edge you can see had candy wrappers. The back of SUV was not vacuumed at all. I paid extra for the seats to be wiped & armor all. Neither was done. The inside windows were not cleaned. The dash which they said was cleaned was not even wiped. The windows were not cleaned. I paid their high prices for their "The Works" service. I had to completely redo everything. I paid for full service & got no service. Next time I'll do a self service car wash. Another time I went I had stuff stolen from my car. Now I make sure absolutely nothing is in my car. Yes it was my fault for leaving something in it but that's just wrong! read more

Good service at a reasonable price. I didn't know what to do expect as I have never been here before. I was greeted by a friendly young lady that helped me pick a wash. She was not pushy more over a good listener. The preper did a through job cleaning the truck. I did not get a chance to inspect the tunnel equipment. The two gentlemen who dried off the truck took great care of it. They didn't rush. They were friendly and offered me a hand with a cooler I needed to put in the bed. They also offered to address anything I had with the wash. My only suggestions are: Better towels for the crew as they left lint and a few streaks and Better signage it is easy to miss this business. read more

My husband took his 2019 outlander for a routine oil change on 3/14 on 4/6 his car started acting up. He took it to the dealership thinking it was his transmission on 4/7 we received a diagnostic that the wrong oil change performed my Lone Star was done on his car- he tried to go speak to Greg at which point Greg shut him down and was unwilling to give a refund. I called and spoke to Greg, Greg said they just took over on 3/7 we gave Greg all receipts as he requested to receive the refund for our diagnostic fee back. As soon as my husband provided the receipt to Greg he said "yes we performed the wrong oil change". My husband provided Greg with my contact info and Greg assured he would follow up with us Monday. Greg dropped the ball and we had to follow up today, unwilling to provide a full refund Greg said half a refund on diagnostic and full on oil change, we would of never had to pay diagnostic. Greg told us it is our fault because we chose to not bring it to him for repairs, good one take it to the place that messed up a routine oil change to fix it, and that my husband signed the RECEIPT authorizing that oil change! Make sure you know what type of oil your car takes, pay attention and make sure you inspect THEIR JOB(you know what they are PAID TO DO) VERY WELL before driving off because they do NOT accept responsibility for ANY OF THEIR MISTAKES. read more

First in line 10 min before opening at 8 am. Car was not through the wash until 8:41 am. Disorganized and did not appear all the soaps/waxed were used through the wash tunnel that had been laid for. I have had good results here on prior occasions but today was not one of them. I will give another chance read more

I use this car wash periodically and it always performs as expected. A couple of times I had questions about the charge on my credit card and both times the person I talked to was very helpful and extremely friendly both times. Even though I had no problem, I have no dought they would take care of it the showed true concern for my inquiries. read more

i went to lone star on friday june 18th 2021 got there at 9:45 car was not finished till 1:15 only 6 cars in front of me they were that slow then they lost my keys took 10 min to find them i will never go back there again after i raised a fuss because my truck was sitting there after it was washed and no one was drying it 15 min later they pulled another car out and jumped on drying it that is when i started yelling at them gave one star only because you cant give - 5stars read more

Took my vehicle in for the works car wash and paid $41.00. The works car wash included the inside cleaned. All they did was clean the front floor mats. They did not wipe anything else down. I paid a lot of money just to only have floor mats wiped down. read more

I've used this place several times. I would give them an 8 out of 10. Fairly thorough although they don't bother removing your floor mats and don't vacuum underneath them either. The lobby is kind of dirty too. The windows could really use a cleaning. The sills were just filthy, but they still do a pretty nice job on your car. I'd recommend them, just don't spend too much time in the lobby. Kinda gross! read more

Worst place ever!!! Took my husbands car there to be cleaned as a surprise and somehow they broke the radio! I took it back and the owner would take NO responsibllity for it and wouldnt even refund for the wash....The radio worked as I pulled in....even apologized to the lady doing the interior that I didnt know how to turn it off....The owner was rude, disrespectful and would not acknowledge that they did anything wrong!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE.......they dont have any ethics and certainly dont stand behind their work.....awful experience!!!!!! read more

I have gone here several times over the years. Always friendly staff that work hard to please the customer. I recently went to a new automated place down the road late one evening and was VERY sorry. No hands on care meant lots of missed spots. And high price to boot! Never again. I now appreciate the care from Lone Star. read more
