I have given B&K multiple chances to prove me wrong about their service. After this week, I won't go back. Terrible service, make sure you get a receipt if you get anything more than the least expensive wash. Twice I have paid for the bug wash and they claimed I didn't pay for one when I pointed out that they didn't do the scrub. FYI- you can file a claim against the charge with your bank if they do this. They consistently only have half their vacuums available and on more than one occasion (busy days), their garbage cans were removed. This week's wash is the last straw. My car had visible dirt remaining after the wash. My car wasn't that dirty. Mainly road dirt smudges. read more

Got screamed at by employee because HE could not get the computer to work-waited 25min and then said I had to leave-asked if I could get my $12 back- "no"" not without a receipt" I said "well then how did I get in the gate if I didn't pay? This was a really good car wash maybe one of the best I've ever gone through It's a drive-through is stay in your car the people really nice we paid extra for the bug removal thing and the guy even used a very soft scrubber thingy and get the bugs off and did the windshield and everything before we even drove into the little conveyor belt thing I would use this place a lot if I lived closer alas I don't however I might think twice and drive down there anyway because I was highly impressed with it read more

Do not go to BK Express Car Wash on North Main in Cleburne, I paid $12.00 for a car wash, when it was completed I checked the front of the car and there were still numerous bugs on the front. Also the windshield was not even clean, when I approached the little fat Mexican man, he told me that to get the bugs off was extra, then walked off and would not talk to me, there was another man and lady that also had dirt still on the car and the little fat Mexican man just left and would not talk to anyone. SO IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH DO NOT USE THE BK EXPRESS CAR WASH ON NORTH MAIN IN CLEBURNE, it is a rip off and they do not care about the customers. Just washed my truck there talked to the "manager" there, bugs still on windshield, mirrors, grille bumpers, running boards not clean,wheel wells dirty etc. Didn't purchase upgrade but for 12.00 I expect better. There are plenty of free vacuum stations for the tp be spread out every other "lane" instead of just enough for 6 or so vehicles close enough that you can't open the doors wide enough to really get in to vacumen without car doors hitting vehicle next to your own.Manager very RUDE !!!! Not sure if I spoke with the owner of this establishment today, I was in their joshua location when the conveyor chain dislodged, leaving my car half washed and stuck. the employee informed me it would be quite a while before he could get the facilities back online. He then told me I could go to the cleburne location since its owned by the same person. The guy in Cleburne had a wierd looking tattoo between his eye brows. Then he said the most ignorant thing to me I've ever heard. He said even though both car washes are owned by the same person he would not allow me to have my car washed at the cleburne location and that I would have to drive back to joshua when its back up. Quote he said "what happens in joshua stays in joshua, I cant give out free washes in cleburne" guess what you idiot, i paid for a wash so it's not free, not a 3 dollar wash, 16 bucks with all the stupid upgrades. Just drive past these two locations, go to burleson car wash or lonestar in cleburne. I'll just start washing my cars at home again. Customer service really sucks now days.
