She also has a tone that she makes feel i don't know what I'm doing! The only reason why I put 2 stars instead of 1 or even zero is because a minute later her coworker intervened and got $8 back, and went through the process again! Later that week, I received an email informing that the refund was a miscommunication, and that she was technically supposed to charge that much, which is ironic because I got way much better experience and more satisfying result at staples in that very location, for literally $0.5.
