She said because it's State law! It is NOT a state law! She lied straight to my face! Now, I know it's recommended for people 50 and over by the CDC. But I had spoken to my doctor previously and she had told me it was okay to do it early. So if it's just their pharmacy policy then say so! Don't lie about it. Why wouldn't they contact me and tell me this ahead of time!? Instead they wait until I get there to tell me. Just a huge waste of time! She needs to find a different job. Not in customer service or treating patients. I didn't even get an apology, nothing. So don't expect any good communication from them. And definitely don't expect them to tell you the truth about anything either!

My husband had a pharmacist challenge his request for a measles vaccination RECOMMENDED BY HIS DR. Today, I was denied a vaccine because they couldn't figure out my insurance card. When I said I had just received another vaccination in a nearby Walgreens without a problem, she shrugged, saying "I guess something changed." She is at best, not good at her job and at worst, an anti-vaxxer. This doesn't seem like a great fit for a pharmacist. I will go elsewhere for my pharmacy needs.

I went out to restart it not knowing that they had stopped it, thinking it was just a small malfunction. I got back in my car and they stopped it again. I should have just left. I finished pumping the gas while standing outside in the frigid weather. There are plenty of other gas stations around and I can guarantee that I will not be back at this Mefferts BP ever! It's a clean gas station, have multiple pumps available, Dunkin' Donuts is a plus, cashiers are always nice and friendly, and it's very convenient. The area itself can get really busy and kind of hectic. But service is usually a stop and go. They do have a car wash here that's alright. I still haven't found one better than the new PDQ on East Washington. It's a pretty convenient location but I just wish it was on the corner where the roundabout is. It can become a mess! It seems a bit cramped in this specific location. But I'm glad it's there! Never been in the bathroom because I'm never here for that long. I'll be here often.

The garbages were overflowing, toilet paper on the floors, the toilet seats were dirty. There was all kinds of toilet paper rolls everywhere open in the stalls, by the sink. Like our experiences with other Speedway locations, this one was roomy around the pumps making it easy to pull up to any available gas pump, the prices were very competitive even compared to Costco, they had a mini mart with hot & cold drinks, a variety of hot dogs and sandwiches, a good variety of snacks, and clean restrooms!
