An absolute dump. 3rd week without airconditioning? In JULY? 100 degree temps and somehow this is OK, KwikWash? Also, when was the last time someone actually gave this place a REAL cleaning? About 40% of the large washers are inoperable.....still. Several of the dryers are inoperable....still. You would think that with 3 brand new laundries getting ready to open up in the area shortly that you would at LEAST give this place a fighting chance. This is what is going on at the huebner store. Liz the day time attendant is working evenings due to Marie being on vacation for three weeks! The store manager is supposed to open the store at 7:00 am but is not doing his job, nor even at 8:00am is it open! The lazy manager does not open it till 9:00am two hours after it is to be opened according to website! We regulars have for the past two weeks since he the manager does not open at 7:00am, have been going to your competitor THE LAUNDROMAT it opens at 7:00am! NOT TWO HOURS LATER LIKE THE LAZY MANAGER OPENS IT LATE! We still have one more week left before Marie returns from vacation 8.15.24...Which means this week , we will be spending our money at the your competitor the LAUNDROMAT again! That is really bad customer service provided by the store manager! Sending a message too customers he does not care about us !!! Besides that, he never repairs dryers or washers that have been down for the past six months to a year! Like I said before. My first time needing a laundry mat in years. first I had to purchase a laundry mat card, I guess it was $2 because it took $5 to get it and my balance was $3 left. Anyhow, this laundry mat is clean but there is no hot water, a lot of machines are broken or out of service. I don't see an Attendant inside or employee. Also a homeless man talking to himself and just hanging out. Not a comfortable atmosphere and I do not recommend. again NO HOT WATER ! read more

So majority of washers and dryers are broken.. and on top of that the machines take more then the preset price which is fraud and stealing. I say this because I had put $5 on my card so I can do the $3 wash.. and when I went to check amount on the card it said I only had .50 cents. Now before you say " oh maybe you chose the $3.50 wash.. even at that I should have $1.50 on card. And I wasn't the only one who experienced this at this location. I will be reporting them to The Better Business Bureau. Also place was crawling with tiny roaches noticed after I placed clothes to wash. I was so grossed out I went to dry somewhere else for fear of the roaches getting in baskets and getting in my house. read more

1. No AC. when it's hot out, you have to either bring a portable fan or sit in your car with the AC running. 2. The attendant mostly talks to other chatty people and doesn't say much to me. But recently one of the machines broke while my clothes were in it. she told me LOUDLY that it was my fault for overfilling it. I used the same model every time I went there with no issues, I had the same amount of clothes, no bulky items, and I didn't even fill the drum all the way up. I told her all of that but she kept fussing at me the entire time I was transferring my clothes to a different washer. After I took everything out she ran it on empty and it continued making the horrible screeching sound. Because it was broken. And not by me. Mine is not the only complaint that this woman is rude and unhelpful. 3. I have showed up several times to find that the doors were locked when they shouldn't have been. There is no prior warning, no mention of any closures on the internet, and nobody to call when this happens. 4. When the machines break, they seem to stay broken for a long time. so when people show up with an unreasonable amount of laundry, that's a guarantee that you will have to wait a long time to get your clothes into a dryer. read more

Clean place. Coin machines do not work majority of the time. For the first time since I've come here, about 40% of the machines had repair tags on them. In the establishments defense there was a repairman present before I was done. The vejita working is always pleasant, however my last visit the tv magically lost power when she was done with her break. Made me laugh! read more

Too small, no restroom, & most of the equipment doesn't work. Been there twice to wash my huge comforter that won't fit in my washer. No attendant either time, just signs on the equipment that are not serviceable and many have dates from a LONG time ago. You take your chances with a dryer that may/may not work-Good luck! First visit since it opened under new management. Fewer machines than there used to be but all looked to be large capacity high efficiency machines. There were a few machines not working but none were labeled as such and there was no attendant to report issues to. Seemed pretty clean. read more

This was my first trip here. I searched for laundry mats close by and came up with this one. I read a lot of poor reviews but since they were only three blocks away, I decided to give it a go just to get one load of clothes done. Unfortunately, like previous comments, The place closes unexpectedly much earlier than advertised. There is a closed sign on the door and it is 7:19 PM. I looked up laundromats in my area and this place came up. It shows it was open until 9 P.M. but when I got there at a little after 8 P.M. only wanting 30 minutes use of the dryers to dry my clothes I was told it was CLOSED by the lady who came to the door stating they are CLOSED but if we wanted to dry only we have to take a chance and wait for a dryer and that not all machines were working properly and if we deposited money into the machine that SHE was" NOT GIVING REFUNDS AT ALL" and it would be basically us taking a chance on trying a dryer I did not feel very invited by this, especially since she would not make on money if machine did not work. This is a bad business practice. I felt like she was closing shop early to go on a "hot date " and did not want to take a chance on us staying over the closing time even though we were there almost a whole hour before stated closing time. read more

This place is a coin only laundromat. The place where you add the soap is on the very top of the large machines and would be extremely hard for a short person to reach. Only one of the change machines worked but it'll only take dollars it likes. There's a sign on the door that says you can't wash clothes with pet hair on them. The prices are reasonable and I went during the day on a Thursday so it wasn't busy. There are at least 8 machines out of order and no attendant at all. There are 2 very hard metal benches to sit on. I like that they have brand new maytag washers. The large capacity and the small but this week they have 15 machines down. I like coming here because it's very clean. The machines wash very well. But I'm having second thoughts on going somewhere else because machines seem to be broken to often, their WiFi don't always work, the TV is never on and the morning employee always making faces like she doesn't want to be bothered. She has no Customer Service. I have also notice they bring all their family to work . I see them sitting behind the glass door. What boss let's employee bring family during work? I hope they fix problems to keep thier customers. My advice to Management : Monitor your employees. It is good when they do thier job well but also it would be great to treated their customer well. Also they should be bilingual in Spanish and English because not everyone speaks Spanish. read more

Trashy place, dirty and not maintained. High percentage of machines out of order. Obviously, this makes people wait longer.

After months (like really over a year) of watching this place go downhill with washers and dryers break down and not being fixed i was ready to give up on this place. Then low and behold, I walked in on 7.23.15 to see all new machines. They have done a remodel. All the machines are updated. The washers are now $1.50 and lock as the cycle starts. The dryers are better then ever and have gone from 1.50 to 1.25 . Now, if they can arrange to not keep the bathroom under lock and key. That bathroom situation alone is the only thing that makes this a 4 star and not a 5 star review. read more

Just did my laundry here. Place is immaculately clean. Customers are also very respectful. The only problem is for this laundry mat having new machines about 40% of the place is out of order. Even the vending machines were not working. I will not come here again. Today is Wednesday so I can only imagine how chaotic this place would be on a weekend. I received a message from I guess the manager/owner of this laundry facility apologizing for my bad experience a couple weeks ago. I was offered a free wash or a $10 refund in return I remove my review. I do not need a free wash or accept anything for free. I leave my review as it stands. Especially if a laundry mat has nearly half the machines out of order which just didn't happen over night. If the owner can take the time to send me an email bribing me to take down my review then he or she can take the time to make sure all washers and dryers including the vending machines are in working order. Also what do I look like? I am not some chump change mother f'er who deletes his review or is in need of a free wash or a few bucks. My review stands as is! I was sharing my experience at this laundry facility. I still was generous and gave 3 out of 5 stars, which isn't horrible. So the owner here needs to accept when customers give honest feedback. I do not like businesses who try to bribe customers either asking them to leave positive reviews or to delete anything negative so I am giving this place a two star rating. read more

Update to my last review. While the rest is all still true I was very disappointed when me and my children went up there at the beginning of May 2016 and all the fans and air are not in working order. This made for a very uncomfortable visit when its 95 degrees outside. Old review------I have been going here ever since I moved to SA 2 years ago. They have all new washer and dyers that work so well. I saw a review that said the dryers are 1.25 but i'm pretty sure they are still $1.50. However they are very large and dry your clothes very well without that over dried / almost burnt smell you get with dryers. I saw a complaint regarding the staff but, this is not true. Every time Iv'e gone I'm always greeted and then when leaving they usually say thank you. The staff also keeps the washers very clean as well a the bathroom since the upgrade, They have a couple of vending machines even a ICE CREAM one. :) It does go out of order from time to time but, just tell the staff and they will help you out to the best of their ability's. The best time to go is during the week early mornings because they are really busy evenings and on the weekends. They are in a small shopping center. There are a few food options next door and even a Speedys Bar for those who want to get their sippy sippy on while washing clothes. lol OH YEA the washers do lock so you dont have to be in there every second watching your clothes.
