Absolute GARBAGE. Don't waste your time. I dropped-off on a Monday around 8am. The sign out front says "same day service". I paid and the lady told me I could pick up the next day at 4pm. So I went at 4pm the next day. The guy told me it wasn't done & to pick-up "tomorrow at 4pm". I told him I needed my uniforms for work tomorrow. He called me later and I picked up my uniforms, stinking. I had washed them before dropping off. I asked the guy about the sign oyt front. He said "thats for dry clean only"...that was all I needed. Poor customer service. The lady that helped me out looks like she hates her job. When she gave me the price, I asked if I have to pay now, and she (with an attitude) proceeded to school me that there's a "Big" sign hanging (15ft) up on the ceiling that says so. So We decided to give this cleaners a shot. On picking up my clothes, I immediately noticed that the business shirts had been poorly packaged. The shirt arms had been pressed, but no one took the time to wrap the arms properly to prevent extra creases. 09042022 Update: Be warned, the quality of service continues to decline, while the owner of this establishment speaks of improving the Customer experience. I received my uniform trousers and shirt with the worst military crease job. Half of the shirt was creased, the other half was not. The worst part was that my uniform had a very strong stench, (smelled kind of like moldy furniture that has sat out in the elements too long, perhaps from a dirty press machine) noticeable by anyone who was within six feet from me. I went in to the store to address these discrepancies to either get my money back or to allow them to right the wrong (without being charged again). Instead the lady at the front could not be bothered. She said she could do nothing about it. I would have to come back or call back to speak with "Rudy" the owner. He is only available Monda-Thursday in the morning. No other solution was offered. Their horrible customer service is par with their results on the garments. (It is evident from their low rating and consistently negative reviews and feedback that this business has several areas to improve.) I hope Mr. Rudy reads these comments and addresses the issues voiced. read more

Good quality of work and timeliness however the worst customer service from the lady with the tattoos. She can see you waiting and won't come to the counter...makes you wait. She won't greet you. She is very rude. Appears that she hates the customers. Other employees seem to be quite helpful though. Maybe she is better off in the back where she won't have human contact. read more

went to drop off clothes last wednesday for clean and starch. this tall young person with a very bad attitude took my clothes almost as if i was bothering him. Could barely make out what he was saying. Had to ask him to repeat what he was saying and he didn't like that. he never told me when to pick up. had to force it out of him. Went today to pick up, it was 3:01. As soon as i walked in the first thing he said was, WE CLOSE AT 3! and out his hand out. the doors were open. he yanked the receipts out of my hand. Walked back with my clothes and hung them up. I asked him how much the jeans that they have for sale for cash,,,,he never answered. this person has zero people skills and needs to fix his terrible attitude. I get a call a week later to dispute this issue and the owners says," it is not our fault, there is nothing that we can do" like REALLY??? Awful. Just awful. Sadly, they re getting even worse as time goes by. When I first started bringing my stuff here two years ago, it wasn't great but it was passable at least. I don't k ow if they have had turnover or what, but the ustomer service is absolutely atrocious. They don't care what the customers think and they don't even try to conceal that fact. After the 3rd time in a row having my order halfway wrong (and one brand new shirt damaged) I spoke up to one of the ladies behind the counter. She flat out rolled her eyes at me, acted like she could care less and simply told me they send out the shirts so it's not her problem. This isn't the only issue I've had here, but it will be the last. Hopefully the owner cares enough to make some changes but from what I've seen personally and read in other reviews I doubt it. Good luck staying in business for long if this is how you treat customers who pay to keep your doors open. read more

I went to pick up my husband clothes on Saturday after 5 pm as the receipt said. 5:03 pm I parked and was heading to the door the lady ran and locked it as I was walking up. Two other customers proceeded to do the same. We knocked on the window because our receipt said pick up Saturday after 5 pm. She was ignoring our knock on the door until I said look at my receipt. She finally came to the door and said we close at 5 pm I showed her my receipt she said they wrote the wrong time on your receipt I asked her if you could just give me the clothes since I have shown you proof that it says after 5 pm she said no you need to talk to the Manager and I asked for his name. I have been using them for years and like their service. Though I have had garments ruined by them. It is impossible to get them to repay even when shown a receipt for a custom piece. I have been waiting over a month with no resolve to my issue in sight. It's sad to see a business not require their launder service who they contract with to have insurance to to protect their customers.
