BeeInsured Insurance Services (Doing business as KYC Insurance Services)
Located in 17777 Center Ct Dr N Suite 710, Cerritos, CA 90703
They buy information from schools, business and maybe california state and start making tricky calls without permission and authorization to offer their services and thus be able to sell insurance to owners of homes and businesses.
I fell into your hands but did not perform any support, transaction or purchases with them. The majority of the employees, according to supervisor Silvia, are approximately 60 Spanish-speaking people.
I fell when after I was offered a policy of worker-compensation for my business. On my first call I spoke with Fatima (Recepcionist) and she told me that she was in charge of my account that "Bee Insured Services" had transferred my account to her.
After giving me the information about the monthly payments of the policy of the $ 2400 I transferred with another person with the charge of "Agent Hallima" this person pressured me to tell him if everything talking all the time and when he touched certain points of the policy I I changed the conversation abruptly with a totally different information trying to get dizzy and confused with the purpose of getting tired and bored to accept what was established by this "Agent Hallima"
When I asked Hallima about the framed payments she told me there were no payments Framed with BeeInsured Insurance Services. I told him immediately that this information had been provided by the receptionist "Fatima" and quickly disqualified the receptionist saying that she was a girl who did not know and that she only answered the phone to the people who called for a Quote so I told Hallima that the The person who had been wrong was another and this annoyed me by hanging the phone.
Call me for the second time and I asked to speak with some supervisor and they communicated with the "supervisor Silvia" and let him know that he was very upset and that he was looking for his information on Yelp. and he quickly told me not to do that, everything has a solution and a solution. I told him that for my part I did not think that.
P.S. When I did the search I could not find Beeinsured in Yelp.com they were in Facebook, Google ads, Twiter, Youtube, Yahoo in others with 5 stars but nothing in Yelp until I found it under different name: "KYC Insurance Services" with all the reviews with only 1 star !!!
So I was not wrong about this comment and experience with this BeeInsured Insurance Services "or" KYC Insurance Services "
When I talked to them to express my experience with all the Yelp community in Yelp.com for Silvia the supervisor was as if I were telling her something that could not have any effect. read more
