Steer clear of any contractor using this company. They confirmed they "cover" unlicensed contractors. Please note an unlicensed contractor cannot charge more than $1,000.00 a job, which my estimate exceeded. The contractor I considered using also gave a license that didn't exist, gave me random reasons why I couldn't find it, and then another company he "worked " for said it lapsed. Mmhmmm. Check with CSLB, does not exist does not mean expired or lapsed. It means it never existed. I asked about that and suddenly when customer service transferred me, Alexander Herrera the agent was on another call. I fell into your hands but did not perform any support, transaction or purchases with them. The majority of the employees, according to supervisor Silvia, are approximately 60 Spanish-speaking people. I fell when after I was offered a policy of worker-compensation for my business. On my first call I spoke with Fatima (Recepcionist) and she told me that she was in charge of my account that "Bee Insured Services" had transferred my account to her. After giving me the information about the monthly payments of the policy of the $ 2400 I transferred with another person with the charge of "Agent Hallima" this person pressured me to tell him if everything talking all the time and when he touched certain points of the policy I I changed the conversation abruptly with a totally different information trying to get dizzy and confused with the purpose of getting tired and bored to accept what was established by this "Agent Hallima" When I asked Hallima about the framed payments she told me there were no payments Framed with BeeInsured Insurance Services. I told him immediately that this information had been provided by the receptionist "Fatima" and quickly disqualified the receptionist saying that she was a girl who did not know and that she only answered the phone to the people who called for a Quote so I told Hallima that the The person who had been wrong was another and this annoyed me by hanging the phone. There is no loyalty here. They make it impossible to try and get another broker when you do try to leave because they will put a broker hold. You can call and ask them to help. They say they canceled. But if you have auto pay, it will be taken out right on schedule. Ended up working things out with the insurance directly. Stay away from these brokers. I wish I can make this 0 stars! By FAR the biggest scam! These people are trash and will make your company look as cheap as they are. They are a joke. I do hear there is a big lawsuit for fake policies that they are writing. Once the insurance companies find out that there is a policy that was never authorized they cancel you. Scam alert as a new contractor they failed in every aspect. They kept contacting me after I received my license and I took their word got quoted and had a policy setup. After receiving the COI I noticed the umbrella coverage was not on there I had specifically told their agent Henry Vela I needed umbrella coverage. The company apologized then later stated that the quote that I was given was incorrect and that it would be 400 plus dollars more a month than originally quoted and had signed for. I had the worst customer service and cancelled since I never had a true policy or binder established Jair the manager there told me he would refund me but till this day about 3 months from cancelling I have yet to receive the second portion and they screen the calls. This company was reported to the Insurance Commissioner of CA and is currently under review. I would not recommend this nightmare to anyone. They go as beeinsuredusa. Also they send me a blank fed ex package saying check enclosed recently with no check enclosed. read more
