I came in with the idea that talking about insurance was going to be a drag, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the team and offered something to drink. I was helped by Joseph and he answered every question I had. He explained all the coverages in a way where I would be able to understand. Joseph made sure I understood what I was paying for and why I needed each coverage. He already gets his auto insurance and our renters insurance through her, and he said she's been really helpful. I was a little nervous going in, since I'm not too familiar with insurance anything, but Ida really did make me feel completely comfortable about the whole process. i have great experiences in the office and even when i call in. When i go in im aalways offered water/coffee, which most places dont offer. One of the girls there, Lisa, is very helpful. She helped me with joining state farm and made sure i understood everything. She also made sure i had everything provided. She always offers me any help i need and even provides her own personal phone number just so i know she is there for me at any time. Early in the year of 2016, I was needing an insurance agent change because the one I had at the time wasn't taking care of business and the office wasn't close to my home. One day while driving home, I saw a billboard with Ida Vo's picture on it, so I decided to stop in and see what she was all about. Also, her office is located very close to my home. I explained the problems I was having with the other agent and she was so polite she apologized on behalf of the other agent. I told her I would like her to be my agent and she immediately phoned the other agent to have my file sent to her. Once she received my file, she contacted me and asked me to come to her office so we could go over the file together. After that meeting, I was convinced this was the person I wanted as my agent. She immediately made some adjustments to my policy to save me money, and unlike my previous agent, she took care of business while I was there. Since then, I have been to her office numerous times to ask for advice related to insurance matters and she goes above and beyond to give me the best advice, including doing research to find those answers. I was an existing customer whom Ida inherited when she took over this Statefarm book. I must say that I wasn't dissatisfied with my previous agent, however nothing stood out about them either. Ida has went above and beyond my expectations of meeting needs I didn't even realize I needed. Such as re-writing some old, outdated life policies to more suitable ones that fit today's needs.
