Once you go in their website and submit your information they will send that out and get back to you within 24hrs. Irene was very helpful and gave great customer service. However, the same cannot be said for my agrent, Trey Henderson. I was told I could have my insurance deducted each month from my credit card. When I tried to do this - that option is not available and has not been available with Anthem since 2011. Why was I told in March 2013 it was an available option? If you don't want to read further, there are better options out there... I opened escrow and needed a homeowners quote. Was referred to Henderson by my loan agent who wanted a quote into escrow by Monday. Monday I called Henderson around 1pm, left all my info for the secretary about the home, and car info to see if I'd be better off to bundle policies, which took a good 10 min over the phone. She said an agent would call or email by end if the day, if not then Tues am for pricing & to review options. Tues comes and goes. Wed I call in, get the same secretary who remembers me and tells me Trey Henderson will get back to me soon. Trey emails around 1:30 and says he's waiting to hear back from a few carriers, will get back shortly. Nothing on Wed. On Thur, I reach out State Farm, then decide it would be more efficient to type all my info into Yelp to 2 other local brokers. All get me quotes immediately with good customer support. David at Kessler Alair called right away & walked me through several quotes and found me more coverage, less deductible than State Farm at a lower cost. I elected to use them. It's now almost 9pm on Thur and I still haven't heard back from Henderson who set me back a few days. Like I said, there are better options out there. read more
