Kimberly was always available to answer many of my questions and on several occasions there were mistakes in the application to get medical insurance approved for my wife. Kimberly was always very helpful and always very cheerful on the phone no matter how difficult the situation became. After two weeks of trying to get the insurance approved for my wife I was told by Anthem that the application was being denied. Kimberly knew how much it meant to me to get the insurance approved because of my wife's declining health. A couple days went by and I felt all was lost and then I received the most amazing news from Kimberly that she got my wife's insurance policy approved!
