Our front planter needed a complete refresh; we had overgrown plants, dead plants, a broken fountain, concrete interfering with existing plants, and ugly sprinkler heads. Kyle designed our new beautiful front planter based on my plant preferences, added lighting, fixed our fountain, chipped away at existing concrete that shouldn't have been there, added a drip system, and topped it off with hand-picked gravel. He was very accommodating and flexible when I changed my mind about something during the design process. He was also easy to get ahold of, stayed in communication with me throughout the entire project, and was very professional. His team completed the project in only a few days, and for a better price than similar companies were offering. Kyle and crew chased a leak in my irrigation and back yard water. They were efficient in finding the area of the leak (under the patio cement) and bypassing the bad pvc. He measured the yard and that evening I received a very competitive quote from him. I accepted his quote and the next day I received a schedule for the work to be performed. It took 3 days to put the new grass. He and his workers were very professional. After putting in the new grass, he checked and adjusted all the sprinklers as needed. Kyle hooked up a complete backyard and 2-side yard drainage and 3 valve irrigation system for a newly constructed home. It was a complex job because it had to be coordinated and done in 1 day with a large paver company. The pavers showed up late, and Kyle had to do way more than the original scope of the job, but he made it happen and only charged me for the additional materials, machine rentals and labor without a change order. The home had the original galvanized pipes from 1971 so the old pipes had corrosion & cracks plus a hole causing a nice little leak in the front yard. He is so knowledgeable, listens to what you want, has great suggestions and not pushy at all. We asked for quotes on 3 different projects and decided to go with the updating of our dog run first. We had a decomposed granite dog run done when we had our backyard completely redone about 4 years ago and wanted to have it changed to turf. The workers were so very respectful, never bothered us, always clean and did amazing work. We asked for extra drainage and all the DG taken out. It was probably a good 4 feet of stuff to be hauled away on a very long dog run as you can see. They were finished in 2 1/2 days and it looks amazing... Sloped away from the house and drainage great, love the turf we picked, and the pet odorizer put on top. Kyle also said to call him once a year and he will come out and put more pet odorizer down and brush the turf. We are extremely happy with Kyle and his crew and will be calling him for the next jobs.
