To all first time buyers and Investors!…read more Ray is lousy Inspector and even I as buyer and Investor ask him a question doesn't Justify his Lousy Inspection, He went under Foundation to check water leak from Kitchen to crawling space but he didn't crawl to check foundation footing which is more than ten under this subject house, there is no Picture of foundation to show which foundation is defective or need enforcement or which one are good or if the wall needs retrofit plate or foundation needs to be reinforced and retrofitted, pure lousy job! furthermore he didn't go to check all Rafters underneath of Roof and told me it was hard to go, he is there for easy Inspection and easy money! Ray didn't provide me In report condition of Mold in House In Bed room Ceiling and even I have it in Writing he said code on code " this inspection was not Mold Inspection" but any Inspector would point that out ,,, I do Real Estate Investment for 27 years and never seen any Inspector this Lousy and pushy to Collect money for defective Report, he even Threatened me that he will put Mechanic Lien on seller property If i don't pay for his Defective report he is unprofessional in his Inspection and collecting his payment. I have more than six harassing emails to collect the payment and even when I responded I attached a picture of his payment system error message that shows that I couldn't pay my payment and he told me call his company to pay payment and he has no company, every error message for payment had his number and I did not want to talk to him after all harassments. I hire inspector in LA and they go under Roof and foundation and document which Rafter or Foundation are defective and if the Foundation needs to be reinforced or retrofit to be secured, there is no picture in his report to point to defective Foundation footings , even for Rafters under Roof he told me he didn't check both side of Roof Rafter because was difficult for him to go and inspect it , how it possible one side Rafter inspected and other side is hard to inspect, they both have same room that he could walk around and they have same height , this is part of his Lousy Inspection to cut corner and make quick money. again he has no Staff ,, this guy acting like he has company but he is working by himself with out any staff to collect payment and resolve issues. he is Lousy Inspector and when he get caught he keep pushing for collecting payment ,,,and THREATENING TO PUT LIEN on subject property, for him everything is money and not the fact do a good job for first time buyer or Investor, I'm investor and even if I'm buying the house as it is doesn't justify for him to do Lousy Inspection, If I didn't care about condition of house and suppose to buy it as it is I wouldn't hire Inspector, please think about it those who may hire him one day ,,, excuse after excuse from this lousy guy and his apology too little and too late because I will report him to Better Business Bureau and Rip off Report.com so public don't lose their money and hire this guy and end up buying possibly a Limon !
